on windows 10 stil shows my cores are not unparked i have as 4 cores enabled and packed are 12 cores i use i5 12600KF but it does unparking on windows 11 which is i dont know why doesnt work on windows 10

you can try another option...type msconfig on the start menu then go to the boot option there you can select all cores ..by default it sets to 0
I did this on my 'balanced' profile. How can I get this to reset back to the way it was when it parked? I don't know how to reverse this.
use the slider in the app it must be on 100 set it to 50 or below it will park the cores again 50 means half cores will be parked

Can you completely close the application or does it need to be minimised
you can uninstall it too it doesn't matter whether it's running or not once u set ur core unparked

turn off windows update..if your cpu usage is cuz of ur hardware then cant do anything about it
