Can't stop watching. It's everything I love about World and Generations melded together, with hunting dogs and chain weapons and ninja flips. And Nerscylla's back. I have absolute faith that this is going to by my new favourite game in the series.

ill tell you what. i love the mechanics of the game the style of gameplay but this game just looks awefull. and to think about it it will cost 60/70 euro for something that looks like a ps2 game. the game has fps drops in the trailer already with swinging on something not even in a fight. i realy wish the game will be better than that but right now what im seeing is money milking

But the previous games are a bit more over the top (almost a little cartoony at times), like some of the old weapons designs were kinda hilarious (like the Tigrex bowgun that was designed to look like a mini tank).
@@shadowsnake1972 It will be fun to see some more of the silly designs come back as although I'm exclusively an Insect Glaive user I really used to love looking at the designs of the other weapon types after fighting a new monster in the old games.
Monster Hunter was always a portable and home console release game I knew it would make it back eventually the pattern had been there for years. I've been hunting since Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and I can't be more excited for this game. Happy hunting!
i know GenU is a port, but it's still a good game regardless. aren't interested, that's fine, but it's a great showcase of practically all the games that came before world and you shouldn't pass it up just because it's a "port"
@@LucasTigy2 Oh MHGU is one of the greatest MH games made, but there's something especially exciting about the first mainline MH title designed from the ground up for the Switch (and only the Switch). It is a gift to developers to have to optimize towards the specs of only one set of hardware, and he Switch is such a good fit for the MH series

As a World player, kinda sad this game is only available on the Switch. However, I am still happy they are returning the QoL updates as well as experimenting with new tools in a portable Switch version. Also, Magnamalo looks sick.
Despite all outrage from PS4/PC players I just love how this looks. Like, it’s just our good old MH we all know and love but with some modern touch of MHW. Also it have such strong vibes of MH3rd with all this Japanese aesthetics..

Coming here after the Wilds trailer, I realize just how little CAPCOM showed off. Despite that, it feels like a whole bunch was shown in that trailer because of the sheer amount of buzz in the community! They feel even more excited than after Rise’s!
my biggest issue with this is if the hunter decides to say something i wouldn't. imagine if the voice you pick has them saying nasty things about nice people, or something something really out of place. if i have a custom character, i would prefer they mostly stay silent as otherwise it becomes less of a "Custom" character
I'm sure it'll be customizable. If people don't like the one liners then they should really make it an optional thing, that is if they already haven't done that.

The constant loading screens from going to different segmants on the map which get tedious. The fact that you have to do a stupid animation when you heal in the old games which gets you hit. All of this is what capcom improved on world and people think its cool to hate it and describe how the new features and major improvements to the core gameplay ruins the games. Same with rise, any new feature they add to make the gameplay better is a negative for them.

As a MH fan, this made me smile 😊 Played FU, portable3rd on the PSP and 4U and XX on the 3DS. When he said "This is for my fellow hunters" it made me proud.. I think that flagship monster killed many hunters on that rampage thing they said on this game. Alright fellow hunters! Time to move at Kamura Village! ❤️

For the people complaining about how it looks. 1. It's in development, so graphical quality is subject to change. 2. It's better than MH GenU, get your heads out of the dirt, it's what you'd expect what a MH built for the switch would be like, a game that trades LoD in Textures and Clutter in order to achieve the high model and world scale of MHW. 3. If Nintendo is going to make a Switch Pro, they likely will release it alongside this game (March 26 is within margin for the Switch's Anniversary, and also wouldn't be the first time Nintendo used a MH game to market a Upgraded system (MH4U with the New 3DS)). 4. The gameplay looks sick and honestly I like the return to the more anime-eqsue artsyle with the simpler character skin textures, it gives Rise it's own identity VS World while also helping it run better. 5. Saying "But X Game did this on switch" isn't considering us not knowing the engine they are using for MH: Rise, and not knowing how it scales to Switch. We don't know if it's the RE Engine (Likely using tools to port over stuff from the MT-Framework based MHW), a weeded back MHW MT-Framework, or even a upgraded MH Gen-U MT-F Portable.

As a World player, kinda sad this game is only available on the Switch. However, I am still happy they are returning the QoL updates as well as experimenting with new tools in a portable Switch version.

Coming here after the Wilds trailer, I realize just how little CAPCOM showed off. Despite that, it feels like a whole bunch was shown in that trailer because of the sheer amount of buzz in the community! They feel even more excited than after Rise’s!

my biggest issue with this is if the hunter decides to say something i wouldn't. imagine if the voice you pick has them saying nasty things about nice people, or something something really out of place. if i have a custom character, i would prefer they mostly stay silent as otherwise it becomes less of a "Custom" character
I'm sure it'll be customizable. If people don't like the one liners then they should really make it an optional thing, that is if they already haven't done that.

@@Element0099 You don't know about those guys that think the clunky weightless combat, bad camera and controls. The constant loading screens from going to different segmants on the map which get tedious. The fact that you have to do a stupid animation when you heal in the old games which gets you hit. All of this is what capcom improved on world and people think its cool to hate it and describe how the new features and major improvements to the core gameplay ruins the games. Same with rise, any new feature they add to make the gameplay better is a negative for them.

I have never owned a Nintendo, the games never spoke to me been squarely in the PlayStation corner. But then I clocked 1500hrs and counting in MHW. So I guess you just won yourself a new fan, will be getting a lite to play monster hunter everywhere.

As a MH fan, this made me smile 😊 Played FU, portable3rd on the PSP and 4U and XX on the 3DS. When he said "This is for my fellow hunters" it made me proud.. I think that flagship monster killed many hunters on that rampage thing they said on this game. Alright fellow hunters! Time to move at Kamura Village! ❤️

For the people complaining about how it looks.
1. It's in development, so graphical quality is subject to change.
2. It's better than MH GenU, get your heads out of the dirt, it's what you'd expect what a MH built for the switch would be like, a game that trades LoD in Textures and Clutter in order to achieve the high model and world scale of MHW.
3. If Nintendo is going to make a Switch Pro, they likely will release it alongside this game (March 26 is within margin for the Switch's Anniversary, and also wouldn't be the first time Nintendo used a MH game to market a Upgraded system (MH4U with the New 3DS)).
4. The gameplay looks sick and honestly I like the return to the more anime-eqsue artsyle with the simpler character skin textures, it gives Rise it's own identity VS World while also helping it run better.
5. Saying "But X Game did this on switch" isn't considering us not knowing the engine they are using for MH: Rise, and not knowing how it scales to Switch. We don't know if it's the RE Engine (Likely using tools to port over stuff from the MT-Framework based MHW), a weeded back MHW MT-Framework, or even a upgraded MH Gen-U MT-F Portable.

Ignore it, for me that first play MHFU this was really great and only world community whine about how the graphic looks underwhelming. But I am more like it at this graphic because the dev can freely make anything and not worry about problems like lagiacrus again. Still, for a game that can be played anywhere, this is what I ask, because monster hunter is about gameplay not GRAPHICS
