- My top 9 Necrophagist solos :
Advanced Corpse Tumor, Fermented Offal Discharge, Ignominous and Pale, Stabwound, The Stillborn One, Diminished To B, Foul Body Autopsy, Extreme Unction, Epitaph..
This is my opinion and if you don't like it just go watch another one thanks !
Enjoy !
Somewhere in Germany, there is computer with tons of riffs and solos Muhammed wrote but didn't release...
Damn, this hit hard :D
Jeez man. Way to piss a bunch of people off. I hear ya tho, and I want it.
It happened with Wu Tang. Why not the Prophet? I guess we just have to be patient 🤷
Plot twist.... Hannes Grossmann acquired them and has extinguished them via obscura and other works
Someone needs to hack it
RIP Necrophagist was the pinnacle of technical death metal. Modern day Mozarts
I dunno, Obscura is doin' extremely well
@@truthseeker7172 I prefer them, they are less noisy
@@truthseeker7172 my problem with the neoclassical solos is their overabundance. Look at Malmsteen's solos: they are basically the same
both obscura and necrophagist are amazing
@@truthseeker7172 Any suggestions for other necro-esque stuff? Obscura and Archspire are two that come to mind, but after two years I moved on from them more or less (yet still listen to necrophagist since 2004)
Our Ears and minds would NOT be able to handle a 3rd necrophagist Album.
But we will be happy to have another
Would easy be worth a propper braindisruption.
Well.. Necrophagist 3rd album is in the making.
No way...
@@erinc3463 it's clickbait bro... they've been disbanded for a decade now
#1 - fermented offal discharge
Gotta say that's probably the best guitar solo I've ever heard.. Or at least in my opinion
+Aaron Knaus best solo ever! 1
the faceless - Emancipate? maybe? :D
+Péter Bagosi the faceless are awesome! Five magics by megadeth has a badass solo too
Best solo from Necro deffo. Best solo ever? Gotta be bucketheads live version of scraps from 96. But I am biased for buck lol
im so not into death metal, but i never thought a solo in a song called "advanced corpse tumor" or "Fermented Offal Discharge" would be so fucking beautiful
Lmao same
Lol same
fermented offal discharge solo was what made me hear both albums. so amazing
Kkkkk great point
Honestly I love showing people the songs having them love it then almost get sick from hearing the names
0:07 Advanced Corpse Tumor
1:15 Fermented Offal Discharge
2:40 Ignominious and Pale
3:30 Stabwound
4:15 The Stillborn One
5:28 Diminished to B
6:09 Foul Body Autopsy
6:32 Extreme Unction
7:13 Epitaph
MVP
Thanks bro that whats sup. 10 points
Almost their entire catalogue...amazing
U DA MAN
🤟
you can clearly hear the Malmsteen and Schuldiner inspiration and emotion
That's exactly what i was thinking!
no it’s because of the scale... harmonic minor
@@gs970 I read an interview where he states that he spent days just playing Malmsteen. So I would think it's not just because of Harmonic Minor.
Phantom Dancer facts
Malmsteen (Bach) and Schuldiner
Fermented Offal Discharge will always be my favorite metal guitar solo of all time.
Hearing the vid all sounds like one huge guitar solo
Advanced Corpse Tumour is one of the best songs I've ever heard. The riffs, the solo, and the drumming all come together so perfectly.
Fermented.. is pretty epic too. That piece from 2:00 to 2:15, wow. The best classical composers would be proud of that.
Yeah! Another fan of Advanced Corpse Tumor! Onset of Putrefaction is my favorite of the two albums. Every song kicks ass. Mutilate the Stillborn!
@@Antarath hell yeah
he is one of a few death metal guitarists that has emotion in his solos
I like to think he learned it from the emotional solo GOAT Chuck
@@marcbrowna8936His solos have zero chuck influence. He has far more blatant Malmsteen and classical influences in his solos
@@mylerwilson4879bro, there is definitely Chuck influence in this. You're insane
@@vafangul5716 The neoclassical sound of his solos are directly from Malmsteen, listen to Malmsteen’s solos. The death influence is with the riffs
I would like to point out that Christian Muenzner wrote and played these
solos on epitaph: Stabwound, second solo in The Stillborn One, Epitaph, Seven, two of the solo parts (Christian called them "trade off" parts) in Only Ash Remains, and the first solo in Symbiotic in Theory. This came straight from Christian. All the solos he played he wrote, Muhammed would only make suggestions at most. So show a picture of him please; you can't leave him out when talking about Epitaph solos.
Stillborn one was written by Christian Muenzner? That solo is something a classical composer could be proud of.
Whatever, they nailed it live anyway.
@@bismuth7730 yes, the second solo
@@bismuth7730 Not on this video, but on The Stillborn One track, 3:01 - 3:38 is Suicmez. 3:38 - 4:13 is Muenzner.
Going through my annual " watch / listen to necrophagist solos " season . Never get tired hearing them
Got a new pair of speakers and Fermented Offal Discharge was in the top few I wanted to listen to. Necrophagist should still be a side project for such a talented artist. I understand he's now a software engineer - can't blame him. Can't make money in metal anymore. It's a passion project at best.
Fermented Offal Discharge.... the best solo ever in the history of the best solos ever in the history of rock and metal.. dammit muhammed.... why do you have to be so freaking good at this ?!
Neoclassical as fuck man this guy is a beast!
Advanced Corpse Tumor solo is just from another dimension. I've been listening to metal for a long time and I've never EVER heard anything so brutal and gentle, graceful and mesmerizing at the same time. And all of the other solos are just wow.
You described the solo beautifully.
The beautiful part of A.C.T solo of all the technical brilliance the most stand out part to me is a single high note (you know the one)
RIP Necrophagist.....a true technical phenomenon. Muhammed was and always be great
Alpha Omega's Gaming Broadcast
Is he dead or just disbanded
Such a God it is amazing how humble he is for how talented he is as a player/writer such a perfectionist all hail Muhammed Suiçmez 🤘🤘
Murad Za3eem no they're just disbanded, the idiot above wrote like he was dead. Pure clownmod
@@MyDemon32 he's talking about the band not the members... Learn to read you clown
@@MyDemon32 is aquino your last name?
All true masterpieces.
You put this together really well, they stitch into each other nicely
They are not only technical but it seems that every note is been played, or It could even be said, touched in a specific way. The melodies sound so insane and dissonant yet interesting to listen to. And that guitar tone. There is something to it. Love it.
The stillborn one, the beginning where the rhythm holds that F chord and he runs up the scale gives me super chills
Suiçmez is THE man!
still one of the best videos on youtube.
Fermented offal discharge!! one of the best solos ever seriously
Fermented
burya ben de bir galp birakayim
👌
Metal her ne kadar can çekişiyor olsa da hala buradayız!
Culinary Hyperversity is #1 for me, whole song.
I hear you
Ah, thank you for your answer, like that I hear once again the magnificent solos of Advanced Corpse Tumor and Fermented Offal Discharge, every time I hear them I'm smiling, it's really beautiful
Set the bar almost twenty years ago. The godfathers of tech
Ignominious & Pale - the best ever
This stuff is insane. Muhammed has got incredible talent.
his music will never die..
i could listen this all day❤
Amazing selection! Subscribed!
1:15 Fermented Offal Discharge is my favorite. It is absolutely masterful.
dude, metal ain't any kind of background music... when I listen to metal, other stuff become the background of the msuic I'm listening to.
Someone should totally orchestrate fermented offal discharge into a symphony..
Holly shit, this is insanity
Sad no one understands that 50% of all the solos on Epitaph were performed by Christian Münzner, who also played in Obscura.
that's nuts, according to wikipedia this is correct.
Obscura is a pretty insane band aswell
That explains so many things, Obscura is the only band that can challenge Necrophagist, and 1 of 4 Death metal bands that i freakin enjoy listening
It doesn’t say Muhammad suicmez solos it just says necrophagist solos
@@todtrash7799 the other 2?
we miss you necrophagist :''''(
yea his solos are fast but dude you can tell he put alot of time and thoyght in writing his solos
whenever I listen to necrophagist, I start feeling creative full of power and capable of the most wonderful things on my guitar... so I start playing and realize that I suck... thanks Muhammed for making most of us, guitar players wannabe, feel like shit hahahah
Your comment is so true..
The stillborn one has probably one of the best guitar solos ever written in the history of music.
One of their favourite bands was apparently Carcass. The stabwound solo is clearly heavily inspired by carcass from their necrotism album
Man, I'm so old I've forgotten most of the bands I used to listen to. Carcass' and At the Gate's reunions concerts were absolute huge highlights of my youth. My only regret was not being able to catch Pantera before Dimebag's death - he's playing somewhere down in heaven or hell, depending on Jebus' whims.
you forgot Only ash remains! thats the best song and solos!
+Marco warheart that tromolo ferrari beack (ich) band in the middle is just impossible !
Not only the solo in that song is badass but the entry with the little bass solo in the beginning is heavy as fuck
Only ash remain is not a composition of Muhammad
In fact it's the only song by Necrophagist he did not wrote
Imo the solos in ash get stale after the first 2
Amazing...
One of my favorite players, man
Listening to Necrophagist gives me the confidence to parallel park a fucking train
necrophagist... beyond all guitarist ^^
Such an amazing talent in a not so popular metal band. These guys blew my mind the first time I ever heard them.
couldn't agree more! your opinion describes exactly why I can't listen to metal with only one side of the earphone... I need to pay attention to every piece of the musical art.
All songs of necrophagist are fucking awesome dude !
i love it! lml
This is so unreal !!!!!! Best solos ever
My favorite solo is symbiotic in theory, so goood dude.
That transition to Diminished to B is flawless
Great choice
All due respect to Christian Muenzner too, who wrote half of these solos and just Muhammed Suicmez receives the credits from the fans
The first 2 reveal Baroque music influences.
dedication !
the epitaph solo is my fave, but i love all the ones you chose
Muhammed is a killer guitarist, but Christian Munzner deserves his share of the credit too. He wrote and played more than half of the solos on Epitaph. Stabwound, the second solo in The Stillborn One, Epitaph, Seven, the first solo on Symbiotic in Theory, and half of the solos on Only Ash Remains are all him. He posted about it on Seven String dot org a few years back.
Joshsojoshsoj I can’t believe never knew that. Or rather didn’t know it was to that extent. I thought it was only 2 or 3.
Josh S. He didn’t write a single solo. Muhammad wrote everything
@@ARCHIATRUSMD Lmao, you can listen to the solos and notice his style
@@j.pabloquinche3283 I know Muhammed personally. He wrote everything only symbiotic was a collaboration with Muhammed kn the solo. In fact even the drums and not real either. Muhammed had to take the tracks to make them work. He couldn’t even play dim 2b. So Hannes and Munzner were barely in the band. Muhammed HF to teach Munzner how to play his style on music.
@@ARCHIATRUSMD Then Why Sammy or Christian always played that solos instead of Muhammed?
I need more of this...so bad...
When ever I'm stoned I listen this and reach another dimension... Never sopped loving them, last 15 years never ever caught my ears like Muhammed and Necrophagist!!!!
Godfather of german tech death
But he is a member of a Religious Turkish family haha
but he is not religious
What is the reason for pointing out that he is coming from religious turkish family? He is a Turkish person, he plays for german tech band but so what? Enjoy his music, thats enough.
Aykut Aydoğdu turkish pride, not shane
A little bit
personally i think the rhythm guitar sticks out more than the solos. i know its not the genre for emotional sounding gutiars but in my opinion emotion in guitar is key you can play as super fast as you want but add some feeling and ups and downs of a roller coaster and youve got a real masterpiece
How I have never listened to Necrophagist until just now I don't know. Need to check out some of their stuff. This is insane!
Most of his solos are from Muezner the true genius behind Necrophagist.
@@dontbothertoreply9755He wrote some of the solos on epitaph but didn’t write any of the solos on onset of putrefaction
Stabwound solo, especially Munzner's part, is so brilliant .Full of taste, color, and feel...
Really nice choice 😉
Could not agree more buds. Had the honor of being in his presence on Necrophagist's last stop in Toronto way back. He truly is the real prophet Muhammed.
Holy shit this guy is a legend
stillborn one's solo became pretty underrated besides fermented offal discharge's solo and advanced corpse tumor's solo
NECROPHAGIST indémodable 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Great list, but I think Seven should be up there some where ;)
Despite the fact you didn't put Culinary Hyperversity i completely agree with you
This is the real prophet Muhammed!
Krispynachos 99 No. only one prophet Muhammad and this Muhammed suicmez is one of his believer
nope! I refuse to believe in false deities
So your belief is based on assumptions? have you done any study? is there rational, objective and scientific reasoning to deny God? Have you explored all the scriptures? If not then you're just a lame follower of your own desires and wishes.
shaf baig yes there is.
shaf baig Maybe because it's a religion that objectifies women and tells you to kill Jews. That and the brutal commands of punishment for sin. what ever happened to sins being punished in the afterlife, why would a mighty God need people to do his punishment for him?
It's amazing how every single solo is fucking amazing!
amazing :)
Can't forget the bass solo/entry in only ash remains fuckin so dope
Any news about the new album? (if it will only be released one day)
Yeah I agree. Certainly looking forward to the next Necrophagist album. I wonder how he will top Epitaph? If that's even possible.
He's a 2nd coming of Chuck! \Oo/
On paper I'd say Mohammed is the better player but Chuck put so much raw emotion into his solo's that take you on a journey. But incredible players in their own right.
@@henrywalton5967No no no no no no no no no.
WORK OF ART' ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That's just because there's a point on which the awesomeness just reaches it's limits.
awesome.....
The only muhammed i believe in
Its like our favorite neoclassical solos from Dechristianize in 1 band!
Türkiye seninle gurur duyuyiyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :D
Natural born guitar player!
You just have to be born into a family where you'll be sitting at the piano at age 3. I was not lucky enough to be born into such a family, so I learned music on my own.
At gibi maşallah 😂
I loved Advanced Corpse Tumor's solo!
Someone told me that he works for BMW now :/
ciddi mi hocam ?
Evet birkaç kişiden daha teyit ettim.
Deme laaa
he is an engineer
@@indraaaaaa123 no love lost if hes going to be the best of the best, hopefully he has some more music to write
I fucking love it. 😈 Hail Necrophagist. \m/
explain what makes you think that, im not arguing i may have to agree jazz seems to have more key changes and also it just sounds weird like i can figue out alot of classical song or at leaste parts of them but i can't figure out like any part of any jazz song
and symbiotic in teory ???
I agree that SEVEN solo should be included! but it's your opinion...awsome video thanksss
they are not all his solos, chris munzner wrote a lot of the guitar parts and solos, especially on Epitaph.
Muhammed wrote Onset of Putrefaction in its entirety.
And yes, Müntzer is a god
Thrash Maniac Both things stated here are true. Not sure which you're reffering to but Muenzer definitely wrote some solos on Epitaph and Muhammad composed every instrument on Onset of Putrefaction, he even says it in an interview somewhere.
BALLS AGNA
Piss of
Agreed completely!
@dankspanktank He only uses the Harmonic Minor scale when playing fast cuz of his Yngwie influence - and uses a lot of minor arpeggios along with them
yav şahane bir adam ya
Great video. I guess all of these solos aren't actually by Suicmez though? Just going off credits I've seen online...
Some of them are apparently credited to Muenzner
yeah muenzer wrote some but it's safe to say this is mostly suizmez
Where is he now? No trace. He is awesome.
He’s an engineer at bmw from what I heard
@@ventor11225 I think it's the old info. I asked a friend who works there and he couldn't find him.
