What a sweet charger and the fact that they are the same size and are magnetically stacked is some awesome forethought. My only OCD gripe is the fact that the cable between the two has to be twisted 180 degrees.

Definitely an interesting charger, I could definitely use a new one for open using the same one for four years. It still works great but I can only plug in one battery at a time
Dual port is a game changer! I ran 3 race classes and a dual port can keep up

Yeah, I have two of the Orion touch Duo's - one 1st gen and one 2nd gen. I think this will replace my "on the go" charger now

Could you check what span you can adjust the end voltage of each cell? In the manual it only says "End-voltage slight adjustment" it doesn't say how high or low I can set it and I'd like to have it end at 4.18 like the Icharger does it.

Love the review, unfortunately I missed the giveaway window but will be purchasing one. Question on the servo testing capabilities, can you test high voltage servos with the dual leads? I have two AGFRC 66KG-IP67 servos.
It's a great charger...it;s replacing my Team Orion Touch Duo Advanced. It can deal with all the high voltage servos....just not sure about the direct voltage servos (12v+) with a servo lead and a battery lead coming off the servo

Such a feature Rich (yes I did that on purpose) little charger setup! If I do not win this, I am going to have to buy one. Awesome design, compact, and does everything you would need for a bunch of battery types. Thanks for the review. Edit: What a servo tester? Excellent
It's worth it...especially for the pricing. The servo tester was a surprise!
@@TheRCNetwork I wrote my comment before the end of the video. That is why I put edit on it to say about the servo tester. That is an excellent feature to have because you can isolate just the servo. Especially if you shorten the wires and want to test it to make sure it works correctly.

is that D6 good for charging 2 6s lipos? I was thinking about ultra power up6 plus it's 300w power through AC
It can definitely handle it. Obviously the more watts you have the quicker you can charge...but I only charge at 1C

Need some help please. I have just received mine. My batteries are bashing 11.1v 5000mAh 50c. To balance charge or normal charge what would you advise the settings please and after usage should I re charge or discharge or storage. Sorry I’m an old fart nooby
I always recommend to balance charge (every time) at 1C - or in your case 5 amps. That is if you’re charging a 5,000mah battery you should charge at 5 amps. 4000mah battery - 4amps, etc. if you’re not going to use your batteries that are fully charged that day......put them in a storage charge back down to 3.85v/cell

The D6 Dual Lite is preset to balance charge while charging lipos. The "balance" function on the task manager only equalizes the cells to a lowest voltage - incase you have a cell that dropped lower than the others. But yes, I always balance charge, no matter what

Yeah, they know that everyone should be balance charging, so it's set up that way from the factory
