    Excerpt from Daily Record
Baby Reindeer's real life Martha demands £1m for Piers Morgan interview after £250 offer
Fiona Harvey is in a cash war with Piers Morgan after an explosive interview that has been viewed millions of times on his UA-cam channel.
The real-life Martha from Baby Reindeer last night slammed the £250 offered by Piers Morgan’ s firm for her exclusive interview.
Fiona Harvey, 58, is fuming after her appearance on his UA-cam Uncensored show made the host at least £250,000 already.
    Excerpt from Business Insider
The woman outed as the alleged 'Baby Reindeer' stalker said she felt 'used' in Piers Morgan interview, where he asked her if she loves Richard Gadd
A woman who was outed by "Baby Reindeer" fans as the alleged stalker of the true crime drama's creator and lead actor said she felt "used" by Piers Morgan in an interview about the Netflix series.
"Baby Reindeer" tells a fictionalized version of creator Richard Gadd's experiences with stalking, and has become a worldwide phenomenon since its release in April. That month, an unnamed woman who was outed on social media as "the real Martha Scott" told the Daily Mail she was considering taking legal action against Gadd and Netflix for the harassment she has faced as a result of viewers trying to track her down.
On Wednesday, Morgan revealed he had interviewed Fiona Harvey, believed to be the woman first interviewed by the Daily Mail. The interview will be released Thursday at 3pm ET on Morgan's UA-cam channel, Piers Morgan Uncensored.
    Excerpt from The Independent
Real-life Martha Scott from Baby Reindeer sits down for tell-all Piers Morgan interview
The show has already sparked a backlash among viewers
The woman who allegedly inspired Richard Gadd’s hit Netflix series Baby Reindeer will give her first TV interview this Thursday (9 May).
In the series, comedian Richard Gadd plays a fictionalised version of himself who gets stalked by a lonely and mentally ill woman called Martha, whom he meets while working at a pub.
Following the series’ success curious fans have tried to discover the inspirations behind the show, which members of the cast have vehemently discouraged.
Scottish lawyer Fiona Harvey, 58, who has been labelled the ‘real Martha’ has received death threats from Baby Reindeer viewers and will speak on Piers Morgan Uncensored to “set the record straight after being unmasked by fans”.
    Excerpt from The Sun
‘STALKER’ UNMASKED ‘I’m very attractive and I’m a lawyer’, says ‘real Baby Reindeer stalker’ Fiona Harvey as she threatens Netflix
THE WOMAN thought to be the real-life stalker from Netflix smash Baby Reindeer is threatening to sue Netflix.
The gritty real-life drama was inspired by the ordeal suffered by Scots creator and leading man Richard Gadd, 34.
The harrowing tale follows barman Donny Dunn as his life falls apart at the hands of an obsessive stalker - played by Jessica Gunning, 38, - after he offers her a cup of tea in a London bar.
The deranged Baby Reindeer maniac bombarded the comic with more than 41,000 emails, 744 tweets, 100 pages of letters and 350 hours of voicemails over a four year reign of terror
Gadd claimed he went to great lengths to conceal the identity of the woman who stalked him in real life and has begged fans not to search for her.

A (British) Netflix producer who worked on the BR show, appeared before an enquiry in England about the steps Netflix undertook to make sure the real life character's privacy
was respected. And during that inquest, the producer confirmed that they had evidence that Fiona Harvey had in fact been convicted for stalking. I don't know if she spent any time behind bars though, as that question was never asked. A lot of the reasons people discovered Martha's real identity so easily, was because she put herself out there in the first place. She drew attention to herself because that's what she craves. And NOW she's complaining about being harassed online and receiving death threats as well as demanding 1.25 million pounds from Piers Morgan because she felt she'd been underpaid. If that's true, the only person to blame for that is Fiona herself. Plus, as the person who commented above me pointed out, the only reason she was able to hide this conviction or convictions about her past, was because after her conviction, she changed her name from Fiona "Muir" Harvey to just plain Fiona Harvey. Knowing full well that people would be trying to dig up dirt about her past but failing, because most of her run ins with the law were filed under the name "Fiona Muir- Harvey". So if you try to look up info on her using the name Fiona Harvey, very little would come up. I personally think this woman is completely unhinged, but at the same time she's crazy like a fox. And that makes her exceedingly scary.

It is a tradition in Scotland that a daughter is given the maiden name of her mother as a middle name, if that is the case then her mothers maiden name is Muir and her mothers married name is Harvey. Not double barrelled, she didn't change her name, she just used her middle name or her surname, her name is Fiona Muir Harvey.

In all episodes, in the credits it says :
"This program is based on real events: however certains characters, names, incidents, locations, and dialogue have been fictionalized for dramatic purposes".

Fiona isnt after money from Piers, per se, she is *_stalking_* Piers !! 👀‼️
She started stalking him before she even went on. She knew his exact age, she knew his catalogue of work, she knew of a recent case where Piers was "persecuted"...
This is all going to look sooo clear in hindsight, as this whole thing progresses - which it absolutely will!
    It follows Fiona's formula...
Some nice man , well out of her league, feels sorry for her, and shows her the slightest kindness...
..as soon as the kindness wears off, and the man does not follow through by sweeping her off her feet, then she feels sleighted, and, now furious, she takes out her revenge on him!
    _Obsessively!_
→ "How dare he do this to me!!😡"
This is why Piers was so concerned about Netflix having done Fiona wrong - because, that's precisely what Fiona would have been accusing Piers of, behind the scenes... And he was sh¡††¡ing himself... as she would have been threateneing law suits , just like she did to Netflix . . . 💀

“Based on a true story”, has never meant the fictionalised content being presented is a 100% factual. We’re in a really poor state of mind as a society that we no longer understand this and have a lack of critical thinking and assessment. As for Richard, everyone needs to leave him alone, his work has done more for the focus on trauma, especially for men, than anyone or any charity has done in decades of preaching. This man deserves to have some level of privacy in the present. I don't think its fair to think that she should be protected at all costs. Why, because she is in denial? Then we'd have to excuses ourselves to every murderer, criminal, tirant.... that there was ever made a movie, series or documentary about. It is said in the back credits that some details have been changed to try and hide the identity of both martha and the producer guy. That man was more than honest, and showed less compassion and flowers around his own behavior than he did about 'martha'. He was brutally honest on his flaws and mistakes. But he was harassed, relentlessly. Since when do we silence victims because the perpetrator is not well in the head. No perpetrator is well in the head, but she is obviously not stupid. On top of that, she is thrusting herself to the limelight because she revels in it. She is sick and dangerous. And applause to richard gadd on how he portrayed the whole thing. I have been stalked before, and it impacts your life beyond any measure of comprehension, never feeling safe anymore, seeing that person in your street, on the bus, on events, where you know he/she shouldnt be. Just being there staring at you, sometimes even fucking breathing down your neck! And as long as they do not attack you, you are fucked with reporting it to the police. It went so far as to breaking in to my house, because I had had a date, because he felt he had a right to me. Should I shut up about it, because he revels in his own self pity. And that guy was never even convicted, because I was too scared to take further steps, not trying to poke the bear too much. It only stopped when he found another girl, which turned into a relationship for him.

I think you're missing the point. Her actions speak very loud, and it's clear she's already manipulated public opinion enough to see her as a victim.
I think this is just the start and it will blow up big and she's ready for it. She did the interview with Piers because she had a narrative to sell, and because she wants to take revenge on Gadd for exposing her, and now she's after Piers because she realized he didn't buy her story and made her reveal too much, so she feels tricked. If she asks to be paid a lot for the interview, she thinks, it will help her clear her name and control the narrative.
Just look at how many sniding remarks she had about Gadd, and now Piers. She wants to present them as unimportant and incompetent, to weaken the impact of what they say.
She has already sent Piers some messages, he says. Will she send more from her multiple phones and email accounts? It wouldn't surprise me at all.
People are saying she's changed her name. Is it possible it's because she has a record of some sort?
I know a lot of people want to see a poor, innocent woman in her who hasn't been proven guilty of anything, and that's fair. Great point! Also, she said she sent him a letter after the play wishing him well. Well wish letter instead of a cease and desist. So does she want the fame?

@@lacysnake I'm not sure if fame is what she wants. She definitely wants attention though. As much as she can get.

Richard Gadd never vilified her. He told his experience and shared his own doubts about her, he tried to understand “Martha” but couldn’t. I interpreted the last scene as a cathartic moment where he wished she had confessed but clearly she never did as she’s still denying it. Whether she wars convicted or not it doesn’t matter to me. I don’t see any of them as villains. Gad was talented enough to tell the story so he was rewarded, she deserves nothing because she didn’t produce anything. Does Steven Spielberg owe the surviving jews of the holocaust for telling their story?

All of this confirms Richard Gadd's experience. Now... the audience is observing the behavior HE observed... in REAL time and in REAL life. 🤯

That's not flirting gentlemen, that's British humour. And Loraine is a lovely lady who is very loving, which is why Piers is very kind to her too.

Found this info, "This is more difficult to fact-check in the UK than it is in the US. In the UK, criminal records are publicly available and the criminal records office has records of every arrest, charge, caution, and conviction. However, the Human Rights Act states that criminal records are not publicly viewable unless released by the courts. The Freedom of Information Act allows individuals to request information about the criminal justice system from public authorities, including prisons and police forces, but the information may be exempt."

I’m surprised that you didn’t mention her PR “event” At a nightclub in Coventry!! But, as of a few hours ago, apparently it’s been called off because of a negative backlash. Their promotion stated that she would be there to “…sign autographs, selfies and…” I can’t bring myself to type the rest of the advert. But I’m very glad that it’s been cancelled because it was glorifying her behaviour in giving her another platform to speak out and she’s still a vulnerable woman.

Lewis or Louis, whatever his name is, is out of his mind! No one has ruined Fiona’s life- BUT Fiona. I believe with all the name changes- that she could have been reprimanded within a court setting, at some point in her life. I believe she crossed a line and RGadd admitted his behavior at times was unbecoming. I can’t listen to this man talk utter nonsense defending a woman who clearly doesn’t understand boundaries! Wait until he gets a taste of crazy in life- why doesn’t he take Fiona out for a lunch date?

Plus, it gives the stink of victim blaming. This sets a precedent for victims to keep quiet about their own story for fear of being sued.

Haha, this is the video I've been waiting for. Piers is going to regret giving her his number...or his producers number.
