Thank you! And thanks for sticking with me through this series, I think the boat has more speed to offer and a little more tweaking needed on other things too.
Dude! This is awesome! I'm fired up just watching. So looking forward to the same experience, when I'm done too. Thanks for taking us all along your journey. Fire breathing, eagle screaming WOT baby! That's what I'm talkin bout.
I just love the excitement in this video , this is awesome.!!! This is one I my favorite videos as far as this boat build goes........awesome build!!!!
@@christopherdiienno4154 Thanks! I have ordered a tilt trim for it, pulse modulator for trolling motor, water pump kit, carb kit, so more videos on the boat soon! And I'm ready to go!
@@kentuckyyankee I'm a dumbass marine and you're teaching me a lot. I can hit a target from 500 yards but can't build anything mechanically to save my life. Ty for your videos, they def help!! Subscribed!! I got a 12 foot v Hull two months ago and I want pretty much what you got - throttle and steer away from the motor. It'll make trolling while fishing so much easier. So thank you again!
That stick steer is sweet. Would like to try it in my boat one day. I got a 14ft v nose with a 40hp on it. Empty I can hit 38mph Loaded with full gear 34mph no problem and stable
I cannot find a suspension like the one you’re using for your Chair. I know you said Amazon but maybe I’m searching it wrong? Would love to upgrade my seats but can’t find it. Would love the help
@@kentuckyyankee thanks for the response! Unfortunately I think they upped their prices they’re all $230 but looks sweet dude. I’m impressed at the Work you’ve done to that boat!
@@kentuckyyankeeNo laughin' matter brother. People get killed all the time on the water, watched it happen last weekend. It happens instantly, usually with no warning. Little boat, close to the water, 20 knots, no pfd, no kill switch = recipe for disaster. Coming from a professional guide that's on the water every day, please wear it!
Here is my 1432 build with a 1988 Johnson 30. I built a diy jackplate to give me 8 8nches of setback, and raised the motor 2 inches. She'll do a little over 30mph, per gps. ua-cam.com/video/cTAlAffi_wg/v-deo.html
I think I had as much fun watching as you did being there!!! Fun Stuff.
Thanks for watching, like this boat more work to it this Spring
So many people would love to see this boat build... Worthy of so much more!
Great job... Put a ear to ear grin on my face! 😃👍🏼
Thank you!!
This is great! Good job! Your enthusiasm is contagious and you’re a funny dude as well. And yeah-pfd and kill switch-be safe out there!
Thanks for watching!
I very impressed with this boat and your ingenuity. The stick steer is awsome and she's running at almost 20 knots, it's great. Big thanks KY !!!

Helmet has my mic in it, I was in a hurry, life jacket in hatch

A helmet? I’m impressed! Finally someone with brains. Thanks.
You're Very Welcome!! Few people are safe as me!! I take pride in saftey
Awesome build! Would help when you’re riding solo to slide your seat all the way back… with passenger, slide it to front.
Thanks! Yeah plenty of room front and back
Love your attitude. Great build!
Thank you!!
Good for you brother. Time and effort paid off. Looks like a sweet setup
Thank you! Still a work in progress but coming around
Got it goin good 👏🏻
Lmao you crack me up. You got the helmet for safety but no life jacket - this reminds me of trailer park boys.. you're awesome

Looking like Captain Kirk sitting at the helm. Give me more Scottie

Get a "dolphin" on that motor. It will help plain that boat.
I absolutely love all these videos building this little boat-great information to know if you want to customize your little boat -Tim in
Thank you!

Thanks Jamie!!
haha nice dude, love it!
Thank you!!
What chair is that?
No kill switch attached and no pfd, but wearing a helmet. Yankees 🤦♂️.
I do the best I can....😔

When you search type lawn mower or tractor suspension seat

I'd crash into a dock and break the controls off
😂😂
Adding a hydrofoil might help with bow rise. It's a pretty cheap mod.
Thanks I'll look into it.
Put a 25 on it. Lol or a seat mount the slides back far enough
I ended up installing a power tilt and trim, all I lack is a seat belt now 😂😂
Hell ye brother
Thanks!! Fun ride still need to do a little tweaking.
I see an extra seat? I have many fishing poles.....Let me know
What's with the full face helmet? It's not a motorcycle.
hope you are competent swimmer
😂😂......kinda.....maybe
Bro you got to take off that Helmet 😂😂 u look short bus special w that thing on ya
😔
Dire need of a jackplate!! Motor is way too low its killing your performance.
I'm gonna experiment with it more this spring
20 is fast now but soon you'll be wanting 30...then 40...
Never enough speed or power!

Are you a squba diver with that helmet on
Yes! 😂😂
The reason it seems backwards is because your steering is backwards... so its not intuitive.... your cable is backwards at the steering tube...
Dang it!!!
