Edit: I guess that in a Dupe clause Nuzlocke POV, Feebas is all but guaranteed, but it’s not as easy as “fish once at the shore”
That's why Renplat is so great.
It's far from easy, but it gives you all the tools you need to succeed.
I mean it's pretty easy to guarantee in some vanilla games as well, Emerald especially.

Holy moly. I had watched a bit of the streams and knew this was going to be a monumental video, but did not expect it to be so long as to be in parts. This one is already 80 minutes long. It was quite a journey I suppose. Very excited to see indeed.

01:04 Personally I love this format of several hour long videos of a Pokemon playthrough. It's great for multytasking, and I can watch a few minutes at a time or a few hours at a time on a case by case basis.

Honestly, my only problem with most rom hack HN videos is that most youtubers only cover the gym leaders and don't really touch on other fights, the main strategies of the fights and other nuances of the game, so a much longer and in-depth look on these games is just what I was looking for
check out pokemonchallenges then, he does focus a bit more on other fights especially on his second channel. he is also a really skilled nuzlocker :)

@@TheCLASIMODO PChal is a great nuzlocker and all, but I just don't find his videos as entertaining as other nuzlockers, probably because he's just too good and his nuzlockes are somewhat emotionless.
I needed to hear that ending monologue; I wiped a Brilliant Diamond Nuzlocke _ages_ ago (as in, within a few months of its release) and have been avoiding another attempt out of fear and frustration, which brought my own personal challenge of nuzlocking every generation in reverse order to a halt. Hopefully I can pull myself out of that much sooner.
All in all Nuzlockes are supposed to be fun. If you're frustrated you can finish the run as a non-locke maybe take some notes on Gym leaders or difficult trainers and try again with a better taste in your mouth. Whatever the case is I'm rooting for you, Tree! I hope your multigen challenge goes well for you.

I enjoy flygons videos alot but on few occassions he caters a few sentences to people with your mind set to not get cancelled and i believe the only reason is he does that is his target audience would cancel him if he used the wrong pronouns. I cringe everytime when he caters to woke mentality, I despise everything woke like most of the world does but ill keep watching his content if he caters to you because if he caters to people like me, you will abandon him.

Renegade Platinum is definitely a gem amongst the fan made games for Pokémon. I've done a few monotype runs already, it's super fun.
Me patiently waiting for part 2 to drop even though I already watched the whole playthrough. Thanks 1 Ball HG for all the great content. Seriously I think I speak for alot of people when I say, we can see how much effort you put into your videos and runs. Also we appreciate your honesty when you maybe make an error. Absolutely my favorite Nuzlocker and it was you and Jaiden animations that inspired me to do my first hardcore nuzlocke. I’ve been Nuzlocking Shining Pearl, and I lost my Staraptor to Byron. Don’t ask how this happened; I’m mad at myself too. (I also lost my Gible to a wild Kricketune.)
In my randomized nuzlock of Diamond, Kricketune crit one shotted my Hypno with an x-scissor, I was being dumb and didnt switch, I never looked at kricketune the same way, that bastard...
Same, tho my hate goes to gyrafarig, that bitch both killed my gengar and my luxray

58:43 That Steelix is a menace man. In my blind BDSP hardcore nuzlocke I lost my Infernape to Byron is the exact same way. Flamethrower barely missed the kill, Earthquake, and just to spite me the earthquake crit

That Wake battle had me on the edge of my seat! I love battles like that were the plan goes wrong but smart improv and a bit of luck saves it
i was honestly startled when you said "moonblast" in a normal voice
I enjoyed hardcoring this myself about a year ago, it's actually not to hard but has major spikes that can catch you out especially the elite four and wake with his swift swim. Haven't watched the vid yet, but I'm sure it's a banger.
I think this was a really strong first attempt! And also it's a very noble way to take one for the team and show us others who want to try renegade platinum what can happen in this game, so thank you for your sacrifice, sir

Raichu AND Drapions nature ended up with them dying :( that minus attack nature for sure is why steelix didn't die. Drapion is incredible especially with battle armor so sucks you lost it
I know you have mentioned before liking the theory crafting and planning oarts of nuzlocks so I'm just curious if you have ever played fire emblem or another tactical rpg? Not for the channel or anything just in general I feel like you might like them
Nice nuzlocke (or at least pt.1) like always. I'm thrilled to see the rest of the run.
One day you could even do a pretty singular nuzlocke, a glitch "monolocke" in RB, including non-glitch type ones. In every city you could trade with your special uncle with one glitch, using glitch moves too (or at least the ones that don't break the game though just some are decent)
I am super excited to watch this again a second time! The highlights version was already extremely entertaining, I can't wait to see the official videos.

For attempt 2, you should really consider going with Torterra for crit immunity chance and make the Johto choice Cyndaquil.
Apparently it got the bulk of love for upgrades and does a ridiculous amount of damage, especially if it gets adaptability.
