I followed most of the Nuzlocke over on the VOD and Highlights channels, but I'm always excited for the FlygonHG Nuzlocke Narration. Your wit sir is unmatched. Was not expecting Daddy Stone's letter at the 10:27 mark, but I always appreciate the Nosey Expanded Universe lore. Or the pure-bred Nosepass reference right after.
The risk of failure is what makes these challenges so compelling. I'm really glad you have such a good response to loss; you process it a lot better than I do. I look forward to the next video!
Me patiently waiting for part 2 to drop even though I already watched the whole playthrough. Thanks 1 Ball HG for all the great content. I really enjoyed seeing you playing a more difficult game, the vanilla games are super cool with the self-imposed monolocke rulesets, but I like seeing how you strategize for fights with more tools at your disposal
I loved watching the entire series on the highlights channel cant wait to see the entire series made into a couple long videos cant wait to watch it all.
There are so many top-notch pokemon romhacks in the same style as renegade platinum. So excited to potentially see you tackle more of them. Loved this and can't wait for more!
Thank you for your amazing content. Watching this video while working on my uni paper killed my anxiety. Looking forward to the second attempt! Keep up the good work Dr FlygonHG !

I always look forward to your uploads as the most entertaining nuzlocker on UA-cam, so hearing this 80-minute video was part 1 is great news! Thanks for all the content and effort ⭐️
Hey man, as someone who very regularly watches this exact sort of content and has done for well over half a decade, the fact that UA-cam was only able to make me aware of your existence 2 weeks or so ago (when you already had over 300k subs) is utterly baffling, but I'm glad YT finally picked up the slack because youve fast become one of my favourite channels. Thanks for all you do, keep it up :)
I’ve been Nuzlocking Shining Pearl, and I lost my Staraptor to Byron. Don’t ask how this happened; I’m mad at myself too. (I also lost my Gible to a wild Kricketune.)

I've been planning to do my own nuzlocke of this game, but going through this video and watching the previous ones made me realize that I've still got a lot to learn. I really love how you clearly explain your strategies for the battles, even to the finer details. Looking forward to your next videos on renegade platinum!
You continue to inspire me to Nuzlocke. This came on while I was mowing the grass yesterday so as soon as I was done I had to give it a go. Renegade Really is an amazing game. Thank you for the great content

phenomenal video as always Flygon!! i was glad to have been there for a good portion of this attempt. it was fun. this rom hack was a breath of fresh air. good luck on the attempt(s) to follow!! looking forward to the next part of this series
I enjoyed hardcoring this myself about a year ago, it's actually not to hard but has major spikes that can catch you out especially the elite four and wake with his swift swim. Haven't watched the vid yet, but I'm sure it's a banger.
I´m so excited for these videos. You are my favorite Nuzlocker because of your humor and how you explain the things. I cant wait to see the other Parts of this journey aswell :)
I've been binging these videos for the past few weeks because they're all so fantastic. Well narrated, interesting strategies, and snarky humor. And I'm very happy to see in this new video: Flygon still has not clicked the link to "Metapod" in the species/dupes clause screenshot.
I watched all the highlights on the other channel but just wanted to support the main one as well. You’re an awesome nuzelocker man and this play through was awesome. Can’t wait to see more rom hack stuff. Ggs!
Awesome editing awesome storytelling. Even though it is sad this attempt died I'm hyped to see the next and what you decide to do with it. Good luck on the next run, awesome content!
This is a really cool game I love hearing your strategies going into these crazier fights. I also like seeing your live facecam reactions they’re pretty funny. Looking forward to the rest of these runs.
Thank you Dr FlygonHG PhD for this very long video while I am sick. I will probably fall asleep to this video but I am 100% sure I will enjoy what I see while I am conscious.
Hi, Just wanted to say I have never commented on a video before, but your videos are absolutely immense, and are helping me get through my Masters. Please keep producing new content, it's amazing!
This was a crazy run through renegade platinum I played along side you and it was one of the most difficult rom hacks I've ever played but really fun. It's great to sit back and see the journey you went thru cuz it was quite the journey indeed
Nice nuzlocke (or at least pt.1) like always. I'm thrilled to see the rest of the run. One day you could even do a pretty singular nuzlocke, a glitch "monolocke" in RB, including non-glitch type ones. In every city you could trade with your special uncle with one glitch, using glitch moves too (or at least the ones that don't break the game though just some are decent)
Really cool to see you play romhacks like this, even though it's more unlikely to get a first try, I really hope that doesn't discourage you to do more in the future
I'm not the kind of person to watch livestreams so I couldn't wait to see those videos, glad to see you challenging the good shit there is there to nuzlocke, especially that I'm now playing my second hardcore nuzlocke and vanilla Emerald is really tough for me, I hope someday I'm able to strategise more similar to your level!
Thank you so much for your videos! You´re so extremely funny and always make my day. Be it due to "MOONBLAST", your commentary or especially the puppet-show championfights in kalos. Just thank you. Thank you so much for your hard work.
this video was incredible. so much strategy and thinking went into this. I cant wait for the next installment of your 2nd attempt and see what you have in store with us. Hope next video drops in a week or so! ty for this vid
For attempt 2, you should really consider going with Torterra for crit immunity chance and make the Johto choice Cyndaquil. Apparently it got the bulk of love for upgrades and does a ridiculous amount of damage, especially if it gets adaptability. Unleash death in that 12 v 12 with lava plumes!
Cracking video. Dipped in and out of the highlights and streams for this challenge but had been really looking forward to the full version, that final battle was epic!
Once again, Flygon with a ridiculously high effort video every weekend. Thank you so much for all the content.

Here it is, the start to the greatest saga of one of the best Pokémon rom hacks ever made. Keep up the awesome work!
Probably the best channel I'm subscribed to right now. Amazing content, can't wait for attempt 2!
So glad I was able to follow this magnificent challenge live and with recaps, it’s been a heck of a journey.
I can’t believe you managed to edit ALL THAT content!
Good job, man. I’m so glad I found your channel back when I got into nuzlocking.
I didn't get to tune into EVERY stream but I'm so excited this series is finally happening!! Such a good journey!
The ending thoughts for this video are applicable to life and oddly exactly what I needed to hear rn. Thank you Dr. FlygonHG MD, love your stuff and what you have to say
Yooo Flygon making a multi-part masterpiece. Im excited for this! Keep up the work my dude!
phenomenal video as always Flygon!! i was glad to have been there for a good portion of this attempt. it was fun. this rom hack was a breath of fresh air. good luck on the attempt(s) to follow!! looking forward to the next part of this series
This is great man, challenging stuff like this is what the genre needed.
The musical timing at 1:10:13 is amazing
I watched all the highlights on the other channel but just wanted to support the main one as well. You’re an awesome nuzelocker man and this play through was awesome. Can’t wait to see more rom hack stuff. Ggs!
Really enjoyed this a lot!! Looking forward to the future parts! Good work!
Man, still great even when I’m not watching. I just moved and was putting stuff away, just listening to the video, and I was still entertained
Awesome editing awesome storytelling.
Even though it is sad this attempt died I'm hyped to see the next and what you decide to do with it. Good luck on the next run, awesome content!
Love this kinds of videos :) I think that playthroughs with less restrictions on mons are more fun as it allows for mor varied strategies
1:05:05 I love this graphic! It would be v fun to see these more for important fights :D
There is absolutely nothing better than getting home from a 12 hour shift and seeing FlygonHG dropped a new video. It makes me happy every week
This is a really cool game I love hearing your strategies going into these crazier fights. I also like seeing your live facecam reactions they’re pretty funny. Looking forward to the rest of these runs.
Ooh after watching other channel I was really looking forward to this! You should definitely be proud of this run.
I usually watch his streams and he has spent months on this! We better appreciate his effort
Good work as always. This is one of the only channels where I pretty much watch every video as it comes out.
I doubt there's another youtuber that i get happy if he/she uploads an hour long video
Thank you Dr FlygonHG PhD for this very long video while I am sick. I will probably fall asleep to this video but I am 100% sure I will enjoy what I see while I am conscious.
I can't believe you caught every Pokemon with just one PokeBall! What incredible luck!
Hi,
Just wanted to say I have never commented on a video before, but your videos are absolutely immense, and are helping me get through my Masters.
Please keep producing new content, it's amazing!
I watched most of this live and I'm still super excited to watch this
This was a crazy run through renegade platinum I played along side you and it was one of the most difficult rom hacks I've ever played but really fun. It's great to sit back and see the journey you went thru cuz it was quite the journey indeed
Thanks Dr. FlygonHG, hope Covid recovery goes well!
This video was a wild ride. I can't wait to see the follow up
I've seen these live streams before but it's nice to see the summarized version cause I went on that rollercoaster with you live.
Can't wait for part 2 Flygon, you had a great first run
Great first attempt! Excited to see the next one and until you ultimately win the run!
I like how the deaths align with the gym badges pretty accurately.
Genuinely my favourite UA-camr/Nuzlocker out there. Keep it up my man 🤙
Thank you so much for your videos!
I’m so excited for this I’ve been waiting for months
I have been looking forward to this video for so long! Absolutely loved playing Renegade platinum myself so i am exited!
This is fun to see after I had watched all of the highlights for it.
Glad to see these videos already coming out! Loved watching this run live so looking forward to these videos.
