I went to a dentist a few weeks ago to get my teeth cleaned and to remove cavities since i havent went to a dentist for like 4 years. After cleaning my teeth and stuff my mom told the dentist that i wanted to use baking soda to whiten my teeth. The dentist told me that its okay to use baking soda but just twice a week. its safe to use baking soda👍
That’s a lie you can use it daily. In fact the abrasiveness on baking soda is lower than average toothpaste. Your dentist doesn’t have your best interest, use baking soda. It’s fluoride free & is what’s been tried and true before they pushed modern toothpaste onto us.

Unless you take steps your, oral health will only worsen. Rinse for 15 minutes with coconut oil after brushing and flossing daily as well will make an even bigger difference. You can do this ❤️

You're not supposed to brush with baking soda daily, you know? You're supposed to brush like 2-3 times a week. Also, crest whitening strips are pretty expensive.

I would recommend not doing that because if it works you’d only be whitening around your braces and not under. This means that when you take them off you’ll have yellowish squares where your braces were placed on each tooth

Peroxide and baking soda works best. Instead of mixing it with water, add the hydrogen peroxide and brush gently.
