well during races I prefer to bring many water bottles and some can of RB. Eating? for me is almost forbidden during the race, I don't want to get sick during my stint so I advise not to eat, personal preference
In this race the track had around 25 karts. It was mandatory for each team to use each kart at least once across the race. This was implemented through a kart rotation system.

Tip #6 buy a Kartskins suit. It makes you 0,1s/ lap faster , 1600 laps x 0,1 is 160 secs or 3 laps of free speed gained 😊
