Noticed you have a pair of LSL brake & clutch levers. An install video for those would be most welcome! Picked up a Scout Rogue early this August and have already modded the exhaust and mirrors. Love my new ride.
That’s not a bad idea! I really like the style of the Rogue, I was thinking about getting a fairing for my bike so I could have that look.
Great video! Love the content!
Thanks! Couldn’t be happier with the bars and got a sissy bar on the way! Love the products.
Hey man, great vid.
I’m a shorter guy and was wondering if this reduces the reach to the bars a bit as that’s my biggest gripe about the bobber.
I’d like one but without reducing the reach it would be pretty uncomfortable
Thanks! Yeah it definitely allows you to sit up more straight and makes the ride much more comfortable.
The electrical wires where long enough so they don’t look stretched out coming out from behind the cluster??? You where able to zip tie them for a clean look against the bars?
Yup I was able to zip tie them against the bars running all way up to the controls. It turned out clean.
@@cruisingwithkyle thanks for replying dude. I also was wondering is it possible to angle the bars towards the rider for better reach? Or they’re set for a specific instal angle?
No problem dude! Yeah you can angle them towards you, there’s no specific install angle.
Thanks for the video Kyle. I can't find the pair of LSL brake & clutch levers under the link you gave us. Would u mind giving more info on them? Thanks man and stay safe.
They’re the LSL Ergonia levers and you can pick from multiple different color options.

Thanks man. I just bough the bars like yours but mine is 10" rise. it would be nice to let them (Dean Speed) know that I bought the bars after watching your video.
That’s rad! That’s why I make the videos, just want to share awesome products and companies I like to fellow riders and Dean Speed is definitely one of them.
Hey dude
Finally I will get the 8inch titus haandlebar on coming Friday
But I found another UA-camr who replaced the factory handlebar with the dean speed 8inch handlebar experienced the problem clutch cable length is too tight.
So I wonder you changed Original clutch cable to 8inch cable?
Nice! I didn’t change any of my cables. It may depend on the angle you put your handlebars at, I kept mine pretty straight but if you pull them back towards you it’ll pull on the cables more.
Just curious. Have you ever thought about swapping out the shocks or not really. Great vid. Keep'em coming.
Thanks! Yeah I’ve thinking about it, I’ve a lot of people with the Progressive 444s. I only weigh about 150 lbs so the suspension isn’t too bad with me on it, but when I’m a poorly paved road It can definitely be rough.
Hello Kyle
I have a question about your bobber head light
did you buy head light housing for scout? and then installed bobbor?
it looks cool~~
Thanks! No my bike actually came with the headlight like that so I just kept it that way.
Were you able to reuse the same grips??? I kinda fucked up 😂😂 i just realize non of my grips fit.
haha yeah I was able to reuse the grips but they were slipping some because they weren't glued anymore so I got a pair of the Vans Cult moto grips to replace them.
Hello
Thanks for your video
Let me know which you chose in option(8inch, and control (?) I don't what is control?, and gross black)
I got the 8 inch, scout/octane controls if you have an Indian scout, and gloss black.
@Cruising With Kyle thanks:)
I bought a indian scout bobber white 2days ago 😄
That’s awesome! I really like how the white looks. Congrats!
hey dude i finally got my titus bars and i absolutely love them. my question though is when u bolted the 4 bolts down to secure the handle bar to the bike was there a small gap left in between the 4 bolts? ive torqued my 4 bolts evenly to 22 ft lbs and theres a small gap. i want to tighten them down more to close the gap but dont want to risk snapping the bolts in the process. i dont know if its maybe that the bars are slightly thicker than the stock bars.
Nice! Glad you like them. Yeah I have a little spacing on mine as well, I think it’s because the bars are slightly thicker.
@@cruisingwithkyle ok glad it’s not just me lol thanks for the reply 👍
Dont the cables run inside these bars?
No unless you drill out some holes for them to come out of.
@@cruisingwithkyle I thought they were pre drilled I could've swore I saw someone install them like that. Thanks for letting me know🤙
Hey man, I’m wanting to buy these handlebars for my Indian bobber sixty. In the controls option did you choose blank 1in bar or scout/octane?
The Scout/Octane
Did you not have to change out the cables?
No I was able to use the stock cables.
I wish they made them in 6” version
Same
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
Just bought a 10" ape hanger. Do i have to extend the wire and cable according to your replacement? So need your experience! Thx!
You most likely will have to extend the cables for 10” apes. I didn’t have to extend mine with the 8” but if I went any bigger I would have to.
@@cruisingwithkyle Yeah, but the stock’s mini hanger from rouge fit the cable and wire just fine. Now I’m confused!
If the cables worked with the stock mini apes from the rouge then you should be fine. My bike didn’t come with mini apes so the cable length on my bike was shorter for regular stock bars.
@@cruisingwithkyle I’m gonna give it a try! Thanks bro!
I just saw this video. Do you have the exact model name of the handle bars? and do you feel any tightness when turning using the stock cables?
The bars are Dean Speed Titus bars and I got the 8 inch rise with Scout controls. I don’t have any tightness with my stock cables but if you go bigger than the 8 inch rise I’d get longer cables.
@@cruisingwithkyle awesome thanks Kyle..
Did you have to extend wiring harness, brake line and clutch cable?
No, not with the 8” bars. If you went any bigger though I think you would need to.
@@cruisingwithkyle Awesome thank you for the quick response, I'm about to order a pair of these for my Scout
Hi. How tall are you?
I’m 5’9
@@cruisingwithkyle Thanks. What do you think: I’m 6” this handlebar (8”) will be comfortable for me or I should choose higher one?
I think you would still be comfortable with an 8” but going bigger wouldn’t hurt. I’m thinking of going up to a 10” myself
@@cruisingwithkyle Thanks 😊
Did you have to change the clutch/brake cables or anything else?
No not with these bars but if I went any bigger I’d have to.
It looks ridiculous
I’m ridiculous
