Great game, and it is a lot of fun watching you play it so YES to more BlazBlue
I think unless you have clear idea on what elemental tactics you want to go to it's better to save 2rd or 3rd tier tactics as your legacy, unless you roll the combo tactics to save as they are pretty rare. And from there choose your run diversity to unlock what elemental combos you want in what slot (attack/skills/summon/legacy). Picking an 1st tier as legacy will lock that tactic slot. The combos system is pretty neat I think and I don't think the game tell you clear enough that you pretty much only have 1 elemental combos per run outside legacy and having type of elemental combos will also locked the said elemental tree for you meaning after unlocking fire+fire combos you can't do a fire+umbra combos
Legacy system is a way to cheat that I guess because they only need first tier tactics to unlock the combos but you save limited tactics resources and open your another slot for other elementals combo
My fave tree is umbra dash combo
With ice attacks combo and light spear skill combo, check the tactics tree they are plenty of legacy fun combos
Jin is just a monster here. Being able to freeze enemies is just absurdly strong. I do like that he also has sword draw mechanics where if you time your button press with Jin sheathing his sword, the next attack gets buffed. Pair all of that with his time freeze dodge passive and he could easily be considered the best character in the game.
As for my Smash Bros mains, they're Fox in 64, Falco in Melee, either Meta Knight or Falco in Brawl, Greninja in Smash 4, and Terry in Ultimate.
This guy is straight up Vergil. Pick guided icicles on summon slot to finish cosplay
@exploertm8738 Add on Shadow Dash to get the Shadow Ice Spike duo tactic and you get even more ice spikes. He can even get Judgment Cut and Judgment Cut End.
Jin using Hakumen's Legacy and vice versa is very funny when you know the lore

@@Acusumano25 Hakumen is Susanoo Armor that houses Jin's soul from a different timeline (or something like that, I haven't played Blazblue games in a while)
As a fan of the fighting game and other Arc System Works fighting games, I can 90% assure you that the story is just as weird and batshit as the standard BlazBlue lore.
Like how Hakumen is Jin from an alternate future timeline. Blazblue is super weird.

It's a spin-off like Cross Tag, not a main series title Centralfiction or Chronophantasma

You can tell how much dmg you got from black market events in the Other tab in the pause menu. It will tell you how much you have accumulated. As you get into higher entropy, you really need those.

Honestly, his freezing mechanics are outright BROKEN in a side-scrolling type of game. Not only that, but he's also extremely fun to play!
I see it the game a lot of hades-like features, which honestly feels nice. Like the Nyx’s mirror is the Mind Crystal system. I know you aren’t that far in the game but what do you think are the best mind crystals to invest in early/late game at the moment?
And dead cells too. I may not have played far but I got into a map with the same teleporter portal mechanics
You don't always have to take Legacy's when you start a new run. You can go in naked and have a fresh run with different Tactics or like the post below this said, don't put base Tactics in the Legacy Tactics slot or it will 70% of the time give you only those elements that are on you Legacy Attacks
