FO3 is now nearly 9 years old, it runs far better on old PC's than on new ones.

This is a pretty cool place, I always liked the ghouls, They're usually kind of the sarcastic pessimist jerks with a sense of humor and good hearth (most of the time).

It's hard to explain how impressive Fallout as a franchise is.
I've only been playing it for a few months but no game has ever captured my imagination the way Fallout has. Sure Pokemon has, in a purely childish, happy way. But not a realistic way.
It's beautiful, touching, scary.
Not necessarily outwardly scary but scary in a way an adult would find scary. Those mind twisters that make you appreciate your life. Your mum, your dad.
No game has ever made me appreciate my son the way Fallout has.

@@MisterJohnDoe I love going through the Fallout games and finding out lore I never knew about. The Fallout universe is such an immersive world it's easily of my favourite video game franchises.
Funny. I can't even last two goddamn minutes in Fallout 3 without getting killed.
Only other games that have immersed me to the level fallout 3/NV did were Skyrim and World of Warcraft. The passion that went into making the fallout world, characters, scenery, etc... its beyond noticeable. 2:59 like look at the posters on the wall, individually made and awesome. in fallout 4 I remember in the chinese sub, there were caution signs everywhere in english. a chinese sub wouldnt have a sign that said "danger! wet floor!" in english. that bothered me way more than it should have I guess because that never would have gotten past the fallout 3 guys.

I love all the little details the developers include. A three-eyed Underworld guard robot named Cerberus? They know their mythology and I love it.
Why is Cerberus capable of having a personality while all other Mr. Handy-styled robots seem to be 100% pre-programmed?
Like Codsworth, I think you get a few oddball Golden Ones who display a personality.
The robots in the Fallout series don’t exactly make much sense. I suppose some robots can become self aware depending on the things they go through in the past 200 years.

If you have the Robotic Expert perk, you can deactivate Cerberus' combat inhibitor. He will kill all the ghouls, but you will lose karma...

That Mr.Gusty is my favorite character of the entire underworld ngl. if you have robotics expert perk you can actually disable it's combat inhibitor and he'll shout some anti ghoul dialog at you, funny as hell, but for he allways got killed right after xD

At least if you kill Moriarty, Gob takes over the saloon and paints his name over the sign! Just make sure you dip out for 3 days or so to let the heat die down, haha.

OxHorn, love the videos mate, keep up the good work. Just wondering if u could do a lore video on the Glow in Fallout 1. I recently went there in my playthrough and i thought it would be interesting if u told us about the lore behind the Glow and the FEV and West-Tek.
ALWAYS love your videos, they're the highlight of my day :) I played Fallout 3 years ago, when it first came out. At the time I was influenced by my nephews play style and that's 'complete the game as fast as you can and miss everything' lol I've since moved on to actually exploring everything I possibly can and I'm enjoying the games more now. I missed alot of the cool stuff in Fallout 3, so this is mostly new to me. Thank you for helping me to enjoy my gaming more, you really are my gaming GOD! Looking forward to more videos, you're awesome!

There was also Daniel Bright in NV who was a sentient Glowing One. I think it's just a very rare case for them to be non-feral so the doctor didn't know it was possible.

Yeah, robots in the fallout universe develop more and more intelligence as time passes given a small deviation during manufacture. Pretty wild way to imagine robots, very creative.

That's weird, I went to underworld yesterday and I don't remember having to go through darkness with t rex bones, and mamoths.
Maybe it's because I went after I beat the main quest, because griffon was there, and all the lights were on.

Ghouls in FO3 look way cooler and gnarlier than in FO4, imo. They moreso evoke rotting and peeling flesh, whereas in FO4 they look more like they melted.
I wonder who the best looking ghoul of all time is? I mean they all look awful but there's got to be at least one that slightly less awful and is known as a beautiful person right? I know that's a mean thing to say because they can't control what they look like but I mean there's got to be one that doesn't look as bad as the others male or female. And is Willow wearing lipstick? August 2nd isn't mr. Crowley a reference to the Ozzy Osbourne song? I mean think about the lyrics and think about the name of the quest I can't believe it took me this long to get that.

I read something about born ghouls and the girl was considered really hot, the play could have sex with her but she would become pregnant. It was in the van buren game so isn't cannon.
Can't you get infinite books from.. Tibithy.. or scab girl, whoever she was. Basically giving you a complete advantage with speech because you can keep getting the paradise books from her.

I don't get it. In a world mostly fueled by nuclear power, what's the point in wanting an obsolete and far weaker energy-producing fuel like oil? Cars ran on nuclear power, so it can't be that. Much of the homes were powered by nuclear power, so not there either. Robots too, so nope. Aircraft, maybe? Seems like allot of trouble.
