You can consider USA and Canada. They have no age limit for postdoc in most cases

USA has no retirement age for faculty members at universities.

@@academicgladiator Germany and France have retirement age and professors and researchers are mostly considered public servants. Other countries may have different rules. In us the retirement age was removed through a litigation long ago. Use of age is not legal in most decisions for employment
