Hi, your furnace fault is same as my furnace in about 2 weeks ago, it's not 6vac at the gas valve, it's just that the 24vac comes up so short that the digital meter only reads a very low voltage. Finally I figured out it was a multi wire connector on the control board soldering problem, resoldering is fine.
@@dyilandlord3518 Just re-solder the 12 pins connector on the PCB, if there is a protective adhesive layer like my board, carefully remove the area to be resoldered first, short jumper may need if print circuit cracked around connector pins. Also clean up the flame detector rod (do not use sand paper). Good luck!
Do that same test again except this time have the gas valve disconnected from the board. Still have only 6VAC (it might be the board)? Or, did it go up to 24VAC (might be the gas valve)?

Hi Brian, fixed the problem by replacing board.
I could have troubleshoot the board like what he suggested but didn't think of it.
Been working fine since then with that recent 0 degree weather.
Gas valve was new. It was the board.
