Yeah, they did the major scale solo in the middle shorter, and the opened up on the minor scale solo at the end.
Very good, but I think the keyboard and guitar bridge section they did on War Pigs was more creative.

The first thing everybody thinks about when listening to this song is David Gilmour's profound artistic expression in his solos and if the guitarist covering them will be able to even come close to that level of "feeling", and whether those licks will be honored or just repeated. I would say more about how much Max crushed this, but since so many in the comments have said all I'd say, I want to give major kudos to the bassist Rob "Skywalker" Walker: the way he perfectly complemented Max whilst staying lock-tight with Reuben (drums), was a work of mastery. The runs and riffs he played brought a depth and richness to the performance, and he, Ben (keys) and Reuben took what would have just been just a fantastic solo and made it truly, massively epic. Corey (vocals) did Roger justice, and as always tied everything together with his buttery smooth vocals. 10/10 cover, it's dangerous to touch Floyd but these guys did it with such finesse, gracefulness, and honor. I am a huge Pink Floyd fan, and typically not many on this earth can do Pink Floyd justice, but if David Gilmour gets a chance to see this, he would be damn proud! That was sick!!!

Max standing in the back quietly for the first 2/3 of the performance and then setting everything on fire at the end has Prince playing While My Guitar Gently Weeps energy. When it's not his spotlight, he needs none of it, when it IS his moment, I couldn't imagine the moment belonging to anyone else.
There are about 5 people on earth who can play that solo differently than the recording and enhance the magic instead of ruin it, and one of the is David Gilmour himself. Max is another. You've got the magic, man. It's not technique or knowledge, though you have those things too, but it's just that magic that makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up from only the sound of an electric guitar.
Thanks for reminding me why I play.

I don't care if i have to wait for other five years or maybe a couple of weeks, but be sure I'll be one of the thousands (if not millions) viewers here and will keep sharing this amazing band.

Y'ALL 🔥🔥🔥 This is amazing 👏 and I appreciate that (despite being an absolute monster player), your guitarist did the first solo note-for-note with the record. It's such an iconic solo so sticking with that was a great move. And then unleashing such creativity in the second solo, while still throwing in some of the more recognizable lines from Gilmour?!?! Incredible! I know i just gushed over the guitarist but honestly? AMAZING cover, by all involved!
