I really appreciate this presentation. I was in a bad traffic accident in 2008 and have not been able to walk properly ever since then. Watching the bending and shifting while you are walking shows me that because my back has been so sore that I would keep it still to keep the pain minimized as much as possible. My rigid back has kept me from being able to walk without wearing myself out. I have a lot of hope to be able to improve my walking ability thanks to your video. Thank You!!!

I´m happy this helps you, James. Recovering more normal movement, to the extent possible with injuries, can really help with comfort and lessening pain. Making ourselves rigid creates a host of stresses the body does not appreciate. After the injuries have healed recovering as much normal movement, while being kind to and paitent ourselves, can restore a lot.

Great presentation. You've given me a lot to think about. I plan to begin practicing this today.

Love this! A former boss made fun of me once for being a 'weeble'. In line, I weeble-wooble back and forth. At taco bell or Kroger I never stand still! I do a few dance steps, shift side to side, etc. Not sure if it's to cope with impatience, loving dance or boredom. But on the plus side it's exercise and burning calories. Fidgeting is movement and helps maintain healthy weight! Now I will try to incorporate your ideas, thanks.

Since I started walking meditation, these things became evident. With that experience in mind that same attention is fun to apply to a lot of things. Thanks and kudos.
