I scored 8/10. I think answer to question 100 should be D because the question states the proposed change request already aligns with the client's ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Andrew in Q94 what is the point of integrated information system if the report was never documented ? Only the information which gets documented will be shared on PIS which was not the case here
(Q95) Agree. However, I initially thought subbing out the critical tests was better, but maybe read it too quick and it says oversee testing phases, which I see as different now. I think that then falls under the “don’t give away the work” mindset. Still Don’t like his answer because it doesn’t solve the problem, but might be the “best” one in this case

Yes, That aligns with the digital transformation efforts but the PM needs to make sure that the outcome is what the client needs.
