Hi Andrew, I passed my PMP Exam on my first attempt on last week. I've done your 35 hours course & simulation which helped me on my PMP success. Big thank you for your help..🙏🙏
@abdulmoiz7602 his course on udemy provides the PDUs to take the exam, I can't recall the cost, but it wasn't that expensive. I've been using his material to prepare and while I haven't taken the PMP yet, I took the CAPM and passed with AT in all Domains.
Hello Andrew, Am happy to inform you that i have passed my PMP exam with 3 AT'S Can't stop thanking you for all the wonderful videos, mindset and guidance. Thanks a lot.
Hi Andrew, I've bought your Udemy course. I hope to clear the PMP exam in the following five or six weeks. You're a great teacher. I understand you very well even though English is not my native language.
Disagree with Question 9, as a project sponsor/stakeholder on many projects and working directly with PM teams, I would expect the monetary award to be used as a team retreat or reward to enhance team-building as a recovery. This is especially true when our teams have worked long hours to complete a project. I feel like a professional development or any other skills building session could create fatigue within the team in this scenario. However, a test is a test, and if this is the mindset, I will comply 🙂
Hey Andrew! I passed my PMP exam on the 21st of September! I wanted to thank you, as your Udemy course was crucial for building a solid foundation. The mindset part, in particular, was fantastic-I listened to it nearly every day leading up to the exam! Also, these kinds of videos make a real difference in applying the mindset being explained, as they help put everything together so well.
@@perlasaikumar I would say so as it was my primary method of study and I passed the PMP yesterday. The main thing with taking the PMP is stamina. A 4 hour test is no joke and in the last hour my eyes were getting blurry, my mind was fogged, and I had to start reading questions 3 and 4 times because I was just mentally exhausted
Andrew, you are a genius. Thanks for all the videos and guidance which you are giving us. Gained confidence and PMP mindset only from your words. Passed my exam today and you know - I wore blue 🧿🎉!
Just wanted to pop in and say your CAPM mock exams on tia greatly helped me pass the CAPM test yesterday! I want to go right into study/prep mode for the PMP so this video will be first on my list to watch!
Hi Andrew. Can you explain at what situation you would review document plans first before meeting stakeholders/vendors? Or when would you have meeting stakeholders/vendors first instead of reviewing document plans? PMI study hall is confusing me between this 2 answer options. Sometimes its review documents first, sometimes its meeting with stakeholder. Greatly appreciate it if you could help on this.
Hi Andrew, thanks so much for your effort in making these videos. For Q1, i thought the answer would be option A but it is option D. But, how does PM identify the root cause without getting enough inputs/info from the stakeholders?
Hi Andrew, Thanks so much for your content and teaching. I have just Finished your 35h course and trying to do as many test questions as possible. Two Questions: 1. When do you expect to release the remaining 190 questions? Is the a expected cadence of release? 2. In your opinion, do you think that your Exam sim is sufficient to prep for the exam, or do your think its necessary to also use the PMI exam prep sim?
Hi Andrew , For the 7h question, the option A says , allocate the time for developers to present their proposal in the next sprint planning meeting. So here in this option we are not talking about time allocation with in the current ongoing sprint , because the proposal is gong to happen only in the sprint planning which always comes once the current sprint ends. In this situation, what is the difference between option A nd B as both option says dont deviate from the current Sprint. Can you please help me understand here ?
For question 4 i chose option 4 considering it could be predictive project as it talks about planning. How should we know if its agile or predictive in such case?
Fair concern. The response C is no right as the stakeholders will not be usually interested in the technical aspects. The responses A, B & D says sprints.
Can we don't show off at here? it is like in school, the high performance students tell all the classmates and teacher that he is the best student and just got A or A+ and worthy! if it happen in kindergarten, it is fine, but if it happen in high school, maybe another story ;-)
Hi Andrew, how may questions of that difficulty can I expect on my PMP Exam? So far I make no progress in resolving this type of questions (7 of 10 is my best result so far).
Stakeholders are engaged in the executing process group, implying planning (Option B) is done. We should now focus on the monitoring and controlling (Option C) for timely completion of the project. Is my understanding wrong?
Hi Andrew, Thanks for the video! For question 7, I picked C... When would you say that we can introduce a spike in the sprint? I thought C was just that.
I agree, this one was confusing and I wish he spent more time on explaining why he eliminated some of the answers. For this one, I thought it was A, but I guess it doesn’t make sense to have to make a note to allocate time for the next sprint, because time for suggestions is already allocated during the retrospective.
I have purchased your PMP course on UDEMY and your Book as well. I hope I will pass the exams with ATs in all 3 domains. I hope everyone who's preparing passes the exam with flying colours.
I have the exam in 14 days. I missed three of these. Giving money for professional development threw me off. Where do I find that in the PMBOK Guide? Wouldn’t the employees rather have the money?
Yes but that wasn’t an option. I was thrown off by the meaning of “informal feedback”. Andrew immediately eliminated it as if we should all know what he meant. Very confusing.
Disagree on question 4, the question itself doesn't show it is using Agile or waterfall. Imagine if it is a waterfall or hybrid project, and the stakeholder issue come from planning stage, then project manager should try solve this issue in planning stage as well, not wait for execution stage to solve it with demo, right? if so, answer C would be better than A. Next, image if that project is Agile (although from the question only, you can not tell it is Agile project!), schedule separate demo sessions in each sprint is not a good agile practice as well, the PM should invite stakeholders to the sprint review meeting with demo, not separate demo session meetings during the sprint (note: creating too many meetings in sprint is not a good practice for Agile). So in any situation, A is not the best answer I think. In the video, Andrew said one of reason not chose answer C because of stakeholders not interested in tech detail, that not always true as well. In real life, for those tech oriented stakeholders (we never know) or non-tech oriented stakeholders, a separate tech session meeting to show more info or details to stakeholders would always be a valid option, specifically during planning stage. So answer C is better than A.
Confused how #7 could not be A. To me that reads you are letting your team know you hear them, and we can discuss at the next spring planning meeting while also focusing on the goal of the active spring. Does not say anything about allocating time to focus on their suggestion now.
Believe it or not, the CAPM exam is actually more difficult than the PMP. The CAPM has more content on business analysis, formulas, graphs, and charts.
Not necessary.. mine I waited 8 days until I got the response. It was accepted. So wait n watch... I suggest to check the PMI site for application status.. instead of waiting for mail.
Hi sir, Hope you’re doing well.. I saw your pmp certification video.. I have studied MBA Advanced (business and project management course) but I don’t have any experience.. Can I give PMP exam and have certificate in my hand.. So that once I get EAD card Can I apply jobs directly to management position with this PMP certificate here in UNITED STATES..? please help me to decide my future job.. TIA..
You need 3 years of experience for the PMP, as I would like to see this reduced to 1 year if you have a graduate business degree such as an MBA, this is not the case. Experience trumps all, even prestigious certifications and most prestigious certifications require experience anyway. Work on this before focusing on top-tier management jos in the US.
Hi Andrew, I passed my PMP Exam on my first attempt on last week. I've done your 35 hours course & simulation which helped me on my PMP success. Big thank you for your help..🙏🙏

I used your Udemy course and UA-cam videos and prepared and passed my PMP in 6 weeks! Thank you!!
Did you use any other study material 🤔
Only with these you succeeded? Can you please share the study plan?
I’ve just purchased your Udemy course and am confident that I’ll pass the exam with flying colors on my first attempt. Wish me the best of luck!
Hi, I have just purchased the course also. How is it going for you so far? When are you sitting for your exam?
hey does his course provide 35-hours PDUs certificate to be eligible for the exam? and also how much pracitce exams are provided in his course?
@abdulmoiz7602 his course on udemy provides the PDUs to take the exam, I can't recall the cost, but it wasn't that expensive. I've been using his material to prepare and while I haven't taken the PMP yet, I took the CAPM and passed with AT in all Domains.

Right? Especially because the questions states that they worked overtime! A morale boost would surely be needed.
Yeah--I am constantly reminded about the PMP bubble. This is another proof that reality is far removed from PMP mindset.
"Congrats on working all that overtime! Here is a coupon to go study so that you can produce more for the team in the future."

Right! lol, I can't wait to try this on my team after working countless hours on a project 😂@depafeo

Hi, Andrew. Question #6, it says hybrid. But the answer C is not that both techniques are Agile method? I thought it should be D. Thanks.
Are you allowed to bring an empty sheets of paper to your exams (online precisely) for your calculations
