  • Fellow musicians are rallying around a subway performer whose arrest in a busy station was captured on video as straphangers jeered the officer. The New York Police Department says it's looking into the arrest. CBS 2's Alice Gainer reports.

    Officer faces no disciplinary action? Where's the accountability? Looked to me as if the cop assaulted the musician. Rights trampled because of police ignorance and criminal activity against the citizen (by the cop) and nothing is done. Makes me SICK!

    Wow....this kind of attitude is what makes so many people hate cops. Those that are so high on their authority trip ruin reputations for the others. There are , of course, cops out there who are great and are in it to truly help people. But I feel like there are too many who just wanted a way to make people listen to and respect them. A badge is not a license to freely harass civilians... Or is it? Too bad the officer had no consequences. But I'm sure he's embarassed. At least I hope he is and thinks twice before being a douche again.
