I love your tutorials, so clear and to the point! Thank you! I just made McCall's 7626, which is similar, but I like this, too, and how this one doesn't have a visible waistband. I would like to try adding the zip at the side seam next time, though. What sewing machine do you use please?

You pin the darts so effortlessly, and yet I struggle so. The pinning isn't the problem, but once I sew it, I look at the dart and the lines no longer "match". I do pin and make sure the pin aligns through both sides. The underside line is not even sewn through. It's always above or below it. Help.
I do have a little tip for keeping those darts legs aligned - fold your dart in half as usual, making sure they’re perfectly atop each other and give that folded material a press with steam. This will help make sure nothing moves around as you sew - you may not even need pins!
