It's a wonder I haven't broken any bones! In short, my last accident at 66 yrs young, while running at a full pace, I tripped over the protruding forks of a very big forklift. This really proved the accumulation of damages ended it all. I don't mask the pain, I now swim a lot. Finding your video was exactly what I was looking for and i am forever grateful I found you. I needed specificity, not in general. What I've experienced so far is amazing relief. Simple, yet effective, my go-to every day! FYI: I was looking forward to your specific exercise for knee joint pain. However, the feed got hijacked by Dr. Brian Paris talking about the exact same subject except he was selling his proprietary cure-all Heal-&-Soothe!
About 2 months ago i was having some pain in the back of my knee. I thought it would go away by itself but it didn't. It got worse the 2nd day. I was limping, I could barely walk. I started doing the first exercise and the next day it was gone. I haven't done the exercise since. I probably should do it more often to strengthen the knees 🤔 But the exercise definitely works!
My doctor told me I'd be in a nursing home in five years if I didn't start walking daily. I tried for two weeks and decided I'd be in a nursing home in 1 year if I kept walking. This is the second video I've watched and will do this one as it seems reasonable and painless. I agree that it should not hurt or your not helping. I'll get back to you in a couple of days and let you know how it goes. Am doing the other one also as it uses ankle weights and separates the knee bones so cartilage can re-grow and the grinding will stop. I am also using cold on my painful bursitis area under the knees. These first two I've tried have helped a lot. Adding yours I hope will be the cure. I have fibromyalgia.
You gave one of the best physical description of how to preform these movements I've heard or seen in awhile. Thank you for the great breakdown as a low back and knee pain sufferer this helped me better understand the movement of my body.

Dr. Vegher, I enjoyed watching this video and the exercises seem very simple. I still have some muscle soreness in my right knee from a work-related injury. Would it be better for me to try your exercises after the soreness has subsided or would it be alright to try your exercises gradually with a little soreness?

We live in a sedentary world. A video on how to sit and stand properly can help. Since a person is sitting for so many hours at a desk and computer, the stiffness in joints and muscles sets in and then when you abruptly stand, a person can twist a knee or ankle.

Hi YA Doc James. One Quick Question. My weakest side in my left. I’ve got a dropped foot on that side and there feels like there’s no power in that keg?? I loved riding my bike. But, it’s super hard on hills, cos I can’t stand on the pedal to get the power. I love playing golf. But as you finish your swing and we’re the strength you need to control he swing isn’t there?!!!! It’s driving me up the wall????? Any tips would honestly be great 👍.. sorry 😐 to bother you, as I know you are very busy. But any advice, would be greatly received. I’m ganna do these exercise I got osteoarthritis just about two years ago I was going to specialist due to situation now I am only working out home but my pain went from mild to worse I wear a brace to do my exercise I don’t know what else I can do for pain I’m frustrated hoping to get better soon I miss running and going to soccer dancing karate I’m not aloud any of that any more I try to job I feel weak my left knee grinding and en secure I’m only 29 my specialist said it’s the worst case he’s seen in young person I’m so passionate about soccer cannot play any more forbidden any sports I appreciate the tips in the videos I can’t bend my knee back my self I need my specialist to help me in that he used to work with me thank you so much 😊 amazing

These are very similar to the Paul Bragg exercises and make complete sense. I am going to try them.
