    Already try (using my own quantity ingredients)(guessing). But unfortunately, i dont use wine. It turns out really well n delicious! Thanks admin for the video!

    I prefer the more thorough stir fry of bee hoon to separate them instead of letting them clump together.

    After I was through with frying the bee hoon, I discovered that the bee hoon was not sweet and salty enough. Any idea on how to overcome this problem ?

      I will just pour some Light Soy Sauce for for extra salty and add some sugar for extra sweet. Need to mixed it up thoroughly though...😅

      Add the seasonings into the broth and taste first before adding the bee hoon to fry.

    More like braised bee hoon. Can't see any frying at all.
