I prefer the more thorough stir fry of bee hoon to separate them instead of letting them clump together.
We have the same in 🇵🇭 we call it pansit bihon

I will just pour some Light Soy Sauce for for extra salty and add some sugar for extra sweet. Need to mixed it up thoroughly though...😅
Add the seasonings into the broth and taste first before adding the bee hoon to fry.
Soak bee hoon in hot or cold water?
I soak in cold water. 30 mins
