I'm learning so much from this professional and his videos ; much more than from my own rheumatologist. I wish all our rheumatologists know so much and care so much about their patients. It's clear he feels passion for his job.

I'm a 42 year old Brazilian woman, feeling pain for 3 years now.
I was successively diagnosed with fibromyalgia by several rheumatologists. After almost three years looking for improvement and treating fibromyalgia, a new rheumatologist asked me for an MRI of the sacroiliac joints and discovered, along with other tests, that I have spondyloarthritis.
It's desperate to be in pain, do multiple treatments and not get better. I questioned my sanity several times. Many people said that I have something psychological. The diagnosis came as an answer and a certain relief. But the road is difficult and painful.

Same here. My left hip hurts when resting or sitting and my left side back gets stiff after resting. I wake up everyday in pain around 3-4 am. After I move around it loosens up. I plan on getting this checked out. Been going on 3 1/2 years. For the longest time I thought it was injury from running but I think if it were. It would’ve healed by now.

When he starts off right away with an untruth I have a hard time putting credence to the rest of his talk. At 0.50 he says "narcotics don't work", so obviously he has never been in a position to need them, but they help me get out of the bed in the morning.

    • @leelastoma5809
