For those with traditional green NvG's do not worry. You, too, can have crisp imaging as seen within the white phosphor video herein. All you need to add is a Phokus Hoplite cover to the front optic of your NvGs (like on a PvS-14). Voila! You now have clear images and more! You can now read up close (i.e. like when scanning maps/reading stuff) and even do watch your close to body manipulations with the the Phokus Hoplite. Therefore, keep what ya got.
When you say robust reminds me of John wick getting his Benelli

Do the RNVGs have a setting that turns them off when flipped up to stow away?
John Potts no, that uses a ball detent mount
I wish it could take ball detent. That'd be cool.
Say barebones one more time 😂 great vid. Love your page. How do these compare to the Dtnvg’s in regards to stowing them?
Tune in next week 😉
Daynoodles 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
What are this regular green lens or is it different color ?
Are they auto gated ? Do they have a gain control of any kind?
What is the difference between these and the PVS23s? Isnt the PVS23s an up armored version of the ANVIS?
23's have a polymer Body and the use a ball detent mount
Is the housing made of CNC aluminum?
Will it turn off when articulated up/to the side, like the Act in black DTNVG housing?
no because it is a bridged system so it does not articulate but AB recently came out with an articulating version
How did you film the night vision shooting?
With my other Night vision unit DTNVGs
@@Daynoodles right on. I have a set of RNVGs with L3 unfilmed white phos tubes from TNVC. How does a camera like that affect visibility in the unit?
@@jzgoodin I have a mount that let me film through the tube with a cellphone camera so the camera person just watches the screen of the camera
rip sentinels
Drinking game. Take a shot every time he says barebones or rugged
