Sir today when got up at 5 am (exactly 4 49 am) nothing I was alright after using washroom I went again to bed when I got up at 8 am there was severe gastric problem like vomiting and uneasyness. I took neurod3 tablet yesterday afternoon. But how come I was normal at 5 but developed gastric problem after 2hrs. I searched for circadian rhythm clock. Shocked Is it true sir small intestine active at that time. Plz explain 🙏🙏. Saw your video on zinc and vit12. Very informative. Looking forward for other videos too. 😊😊😊😊.

Walnut doesn't contain triglycerides. Rather it reduces the triglycerides.

Bro don't sleep for exactly 8 hours, instead use the 90 min rule (one sleep cycle) which says that you should sleep for 1.5 or 3 or 4.5 or 6 or 7.5 hours of sleep.
Change your sleep timing to 2AM to 9:30AM
