He is an alumini of prestigious post graduate institute of medical education & research, (PGIMER) Chandigarh. He is a busy gastroenterologist performing about 1000 endoscopic procedures per month. He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
    The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and hepatology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL,and SURGICAL wings.     Sir today when got up at 5 am (exactly 4 49 am) nothing I was alright after using washroom I went again to bed when I got up at 8 am there was severe gastric problem like vomiting and uneasyness. I took neurod3 tablet yesterday afternoon. But how come I was normal at 5 but developed gastric problem after 2hrs. I searched for circadian rhythm clock. Shocked Is it true sir small intestine active at that time. Plz explain 🙏🙏. Saw your video on zinc and vit12. Very informative. Looking forward for other videos too. 😊😊😊😊.

      Walnut doesn't contain triglycerides. Rather it reduces the triglycerides.

    Can i change my eating time to at 11pm (just 3 hours before bed as I sleep at 2am to 10pm= 8hours)
    I mean Is it ok to change "eating" circadian rhythm as like sleeping circadian rhythm?
    Is my body accept that food to digest at 10/11pm without any problem?

      Bro don't sleep for exactly 8 hours, instead use the 90 min rule (one sleep cycle) which says that you should sleep for 1.5 or 3 or 4.5 or 6 or 7.5 hours of sleep.
      Change your sleep timing to 2AM to 9:30AM

      Din me jabardasti Sona band karo aur kuch kaam karo taaki dimaag ko sona yaad hi nahi rahe 1st day thoda sa so lo din me .
      Fir raat me sone ka kosis karo neend nahi aaye .
      Fir agle din active raho aur 1 hour so jao fir raat ko kosis karo.
      Aisa karte raho 3 4 din me dimaag pagal ho jayega hone do fir wo maximum sone ke lie samay khojega . Din me to tum dimaag ko sone nahi doge to wo automatically raat me sone lagega bas ye maintain rakho .
      Din me heavy exercise karo running karo Sunlight lo . Raat ko aaram se andhere me so jao mobile se door .
      Bas ye buri aadhar hai tumhara jise tumne apna aadat laga daala hai.
