    I also went through this ,but I am absolutely fine now.
    First of all, you need to put aside the biggest goal in your life from your mind. This doesn’t mean you should forget it, but only remember it when you’re doing something to work towards it. You shouldn't think about it all the time.
    You should also understand that there is much more to life beyond that goal to celebrate. You just need to accept it and think with an open mind.
    Stay away from caffeine and intoxicants, and make sure to sleep only at night.
    Keep yourself busy with work. It doesn’t necessarily have to be related to your larger goal; you can stay busy with any kind of work.
    Fix your sleep schedule-go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even if you don't feel sleepy. Maintaining a proper sleep schedule is essential.
    Do meditation and deep breathing exercises in the morning and evening for 15 minutes each time.
    Exercise, especially cardio and weight training, is very helpful. A minimum of one hour of exercise is a must.
    And even after doing all this, if the situation persists, please visit a psychiatrist. It’s not a big deal. Things will get better within a month.

    रात को 10 बजे सोता हु परंतु प्रति दिन रात को 12 से 2बजे के बीच मे नीद खुल जाती बाद मे नीद नही आती है दिमाग सोचता रहता है सुबह जागने पर अटपटा लगता है तथा दिन भर आलस रहता है काम करने मे मन नहीं लगता है घर से बाहर निकलने मे भी डर लगता है ये समस्या दो तीन महीने से चल रही है मुझे डाक्टर जी ने दवाई दी है उससे मे ठीक महसूस भी कर रहा हूं आपका वीडियो अच्छा लगा , थैंक्स

      @@ruchi1797 Oh yes, no sir please. Maine dehumidifier le liya aur abhi experiment chalu hai, but I think mein so pa raha hoon. Emergencies me Melatonin pill 5 mg rakhta hoon. please reasearch "sleep hygiene" it's important. Aur arguments karna bandh. 😃

I can relate to it coz somewhere i faced the same problems After going through my complicated marriage, i fought with many health issues and insomnia was one of them.     Walk for 2-3 hrs daily or alternatively. It helps to cure BP sugar cough cholesterol, indigestion, stone, insomnia. You can walk in ur rooms. Its effect depends on duration and not.on place where to walk.

    I'm 26.. So na pana..Daily ka haal hai.. pichhle 2saal se.. aur last 6month se to aur buri haal h.. 😣 day by day.. problem worse hoti ja rahi h..raat ko 10 bje se bed pr aane ke baad 2-3 bje badi mushqil se neend aati h.. aur JB aati bhi h.. to itne dreams.. ki subah lgta hai.. jaise ek min bhi shayad na soya ho..😣😣

    Whatever You have told regarding cause, symptoms, sign,diagnosis and prevention of insomnia ,is right now but my question is that can't be removed this disease "insomnia " after taking till long ago.because tranquilliser medicine is not so deffective to take it for a long time according to someone Medical proffesion ... dp Raahi An author.

    Sir mai ek students hu or mai jee ka preparation kar rha hu , but mai 5-7 dino so thora bhi nahi so pa rha hu . But bilkul refresh fell karta hu pure din , but memory bhi sahi hai , ..
    But pahale jaisa imagine nahi kar pata .
    But mujhe ek achhi nind chahiye.

      @@ruchi1797 me 5-7 hours so rhi thi fir mene ek mistake krdi dopeher me sone ki jiski wajah se firse Insomnia hogya but mene kya Kiya tha na jab neend aaye tabhi sone jaati thi aur sote waqt kuch bhi negative nhi sochti thi esa 1 week k liye kiya jiski wajah se pure June month Tak so paari thi. Aur mene aapko pehle hi btaya aap sleep coach school k videos dekhiye, unke vdos dekhke aur set it and forget it book padhke hi mene ye sab seekha hai
