Steven Yeun's four word choice is actually really good for the movie
That's crazy that Brandon Perea inspired Jordan Peele to rewrite the script! I am grateful for the change. He did his character phenomenally, as I know someone just like who's character in real life haha, and I remember laughing most at his lines. I wouldn't want to know what the movie would be without him.

Kiki and Jordan together is such a dope duo. I love the mutual respect they have for each other as artists and creators. Also I just love Steven Yeun in absolutely anything he does so I’m very excited for this film.

The fluttering green flare part of the creature in this movie reminded me of the creatures in Daisy Brown's web series. This was a good thing that endeared me to the overall movie even more. Keke Palmer has an infectious energy, her personality glowed in this character. The entire cast sold me on this unreal concept. It was even more fun than I expected going in. I don't mind that the creature was never explained. I has no complaints!

Why Jordan sound so offended in the Key and Peele questions?
He's kidding. Sarcasm.
I enjoyed Peele's last 2 movies, so I was excited to see “Nope”. I saw "Nope" 7/22/22. The cast was great. But I was unimpressed by the cliched feel of the content. It felt like a mash-up of sci-fi films with no delivery at the end after a looong build up. Classifying this as an alien horror film with some possible social message is a red herring. There's nothing that's really scary, exposed, or revealed, real or abstract. There's the ominous "UFO" in the clouds that chases anything running & sucks it up & flies off. It brings magnetic fields that cut off electricity, phone signals, animals behaving strangely prior to the UFO's appearance, etc. to warn of its presence. I will watch the movie again after it starts streaming perhaps I missed something?! But everything you see in the trailers is pretty much what you get in the movie, except it's 2+hrs long. Oops, I almost forgot. The goal (it seemed) was to get the UFO on film (or a pic). Mission accomplished!! 👽🤨

There are a lot of themes and connections in this film that you seem to have missed. Everything that needed to be answered definitely was. I recommend reading a spoiler discussion on this film
@@pyrobison2002 when I went to see it with friends one of the guys was on his phone for the last hour and then had the audacity to say it was a bad movie and nothing made sense. I was like 😰
it took a lot to not say anything bc I really just didn't want to start an argument. Can't wait to be able to buy it so I can watch it again whenever I want.
