Carp fishing doesn’t need to be anymore complex than that! ..or expensive. Great film, thanks

Nice little video Jon. Spoilt for choice now with UA-cam for rig building. All for different conditions. This rig is high on my list.

Hey this video was very helpful. However I was wondering how would be the best way to attach a swivel rig to my mainline as that is something I've always struggled with. I realise this is probably a stupid question but any help would be greatly appreciated 😂

Hi. I think I understand what you mean. You have three ways of adding your rig to the Mainline. Firstly The lead clip is about the most common used item. This is very simple to use and very effective. Secondly is the Helicopter Set-up. This is when the lead is tied to the end on the mainline with your rig positioned above and held in place by rubber beads. Thirdly is the inline lead set-up where your rig is attached to the end of you mainline and pushed in to the end of an inline lead. But please remember to make sure all these are safe and in the event the line is cut the carp can free themselves. Let me know if you require more info. Kind regards Jon

Hi, thank you really much for the video. I see many people using a really small d bit in this case you use It starting for the point of the hook. Is there a reason or Just a personal choice?

A question i would like to ask please.
If the line you are using will not pass through the eye 3 times with the hook one is using, but you want to keep the size hook, would i have to go down in diameter of line.
Can this rig be made with fluro?

Hi Ray. The quick answer is Yes and Yes. I’ll have a fluorocarbon rig video similar to this one coming soon or you can watch it now on the Cygnet Tackle UA-cam Channel. All the best.

You don’t go through the hook eye 3 times only twice same as a knot less knot

Use a whipping knot, you'll only have go through twice 👌🏼
