............................................................. Great video! Relax! With bated breath I watch the work of talented craftsmen. Human creativity comes from God! Beautiful, ancient art that has retained its relevance and relevance to this day. There is always at least one ceramic product in every home. Even in ancient times, potters fashioned vessels from clay and fired them to make them hard and waterproof. Potters typically worked alone, although some had apprentice assistants. Fragments of ceramics are often found at archaeological sites, sometimes in large quantities. Archaeologists study these fragments to determine which culture they belong to. Sometimes entire products are found with contents that are perfectly preserved without losing their useful properties. For example, the seeds of cereal crops, which after centuries were able to germinate. Marvelous! Archaeologists are excavating layer by layer to understand exactly when there were settlements in those places. Judging by the number of fragments discovered, scientists are also trying to determine what the population density was there and uncover interesting historical facts. The Potter's power over the clay helps to illustrate the power Jehovah has over individuals and nations. «But now, O Jehovah, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.»( Bible). The product glorifies the master with its uniqueness, and man, the crown of God’s creations, glorifies him with his abilities!

I come here every little while to watch these amazing masters at work while listening to the soothing piano. Such a satisfying video, and such talent by these masters.
And to think I can't even draw a straight line without using a ruler... These guys are masters. One false move and everything was for naught. I have so much respect for people like them :)
ceramics are extremely forgiving. They can fuck up and fix it pretty well. They are still incredibly talented but its not a one fuck up throw the thing out scenerio
@@xpakistaniperson9889 , that is American English for a, "screw up," "mess up" or "mistake." I apologize for my countryman's vulgar use of the language. 😞
This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful videos ever made. I come back to it every few weeks to calm down, especially because of the amazing music that has that beautiful melancholic vibe to it. Astonishing work and complete beauty!
Having thrown my first bowl ever, I must say that I am immensely jealous of these artists amazing abilities. Throwing clay is so hard you don't even know.
I do. Still throwing mud. Spent five weeks throwing with other potter's. Ended up with small yet centred pots. If I don't prepare my clay properly then I get poor results. I have some decent bowls now. It takes years for some of us. Still think mine are denser.
Things made by human hands are truly a wonderful thing to behold. They possess something a machine could never replicate, love.passion.sweat,effort,and imperfections.
This dude is an AMAZING EXPERT SCULPTOR. I ALREADY KNOW THAT HE HAS MILLIONS FROM HIS ARTS AND CERAMIC CRAFT. HE'S ONE OF THE BEST THAT I'VE SEEN ON YOU TUBE. WOW!
Master, thank you for the gift you make of your life. the music to my ears also spoke of a less solid form, wistful, impermanent, yet nourishing. to the recorders, each in their gift, thank you for this gift. You Made a Difference.
The beauty of watching the clay being molded was so smooth and satisfying, but the later decorations were simply amazing. The practice that these ceramic masters have is astounding. One wrong move and they have to start over. One question I have is how much all this equipment costed?
Would have been amazing to see these pieces in their finished form! Also would be amazing to be an apprentice under the guidance of any of these masters!
I was so moved by this and missed it the exhibition. I hope you find yourself in our country again. This time I will sign up and not miss it! The beauty of this takes makes my breath stop. We are lucky you found your way to ceramics and let us enjoy your pieces. Thank you for the video.
This is SO beautiful! Thank you for sharing it. It reminds me how God is not in a hurry with us. He takes His time molding, perfecting, carving away stuff that needs to be cut away, so that He can shine through us.
Oh men ! I love your work, I love your hands, I love your all. Many, many tanks for your wonderful art. I am in peace when I watching you. All my admiration from France...
I remember going to AMOCA. I seen these men at work! they are awesome. I asked where they purchased their tools. they dont, they make them themselves. Their work is so sophisticated and elegant. I hope I get to see them again.

These artists might like Art in Action. It's a four day festival every July in the UK where artists sell and perform their arts live and even has a whole tent all for pottery, ceramics and even offers lessons in pottery making. It attracts artists from all over the world.
We see these beauties in shops or magazines and admire how wonderful they are but never really think of the people who spend their lives making them. The time, patience and skill is overwhelming but to know that their love of beauty will outlast most of us and be admired by others for generations must be their payment.
It's really Amazing! People with well-trained eyes can precisely lay down a line of such beauty. I can and have occupied that mind zone but like everything else.
Thank you so much for sharing it. Inspiring people and beautiful music somehow brought tears and miss my country even more. Pottery was a huge part of our culture not only being loved by nation but also being with us in everyday life. The music reminds me of River flows in you and just works with Jangin.. 우울할 때 힘이 날거같아요. 그립네요 우리나라 감사합니다
This I could do. Wouldn’t even do it for the money. Alone in a workshop with piano music is just great pure soul cleansing vibes my people. This is a true goal, not the money or fame life. I wish there was a separate planet for the folks trying to obtain this sort of peacefulness.
Such amazing works of art!! My question through the whole thing was How long did it take to make those amazing creations? It would of taken me days to make such fine art.
I wish that I could become skilled enough to do something like this. I wish I could take a summer and travel out to Korea and learn about ceramics and how they make such beautiful pieces of art.
So long as there is a void, a question in our hearts, we will always have art in all forms. Technology can never take away the longing, wonder and searching innate in humans that push us to create art.
Naa. It ain't dying. People love to have designed pots in their homes. My mother bought two pots and placed them at the entrance. It makes your house look more aesthetic
It's amazing how i never get tired of watching this video. It's like the 10th time watching this again.
see these master doing their work is just like therapy.. so relax and calm.. love it
aaaand I suddenly aspire to be a ceramics master
lol I had the same thought. I was hearing the sound of one hand clapping too.
How did your ceramics mastery come along after 5 years?
make it happen. YOLO

The Beauty of their skill brings a tear to my eyes.... i pray one day my hands may reach a similar level
My jaw hit the floor and stayed there till the end of the video. Great pieces of artwork by skilled hands.
