"Like games such as lobotomy corporation" don't do my poor, poor, entirely deserving of this criticism k-jank game like that Very good video. Also, I've been working on a ludicrously ambitious game project for the last year with a friend. Should we tone it down? Yeah. Will we? Not till we stop having fun making the game! On your own, though, it seems like a good idea to be realistic.
Oh don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed LoboCorp quite a bit - it’s just a bit of a slog by the end. I also have a review video about it if you didn’t see. A Project Mooniverse lore video will be coming down the pipeline some time after Limbus Company comes out. Gives me time to finish Ruina too.
@@buffatwo I did watch the other vid! I actually commented on that one too with my thoughts on lobcorp (that I still haven't finished it because of the sheer slog) Very much looking forwards to a video by you on project moon as a whole. What do you think of Ruina so far?
@@overtoast1105 It's actually been a bit since I've touched Ruina, but when I was playing it I got most of the way through the "Star of the City" section. I enjoyed it quite a bit, with the exception of an absolutely cursed train ride that haunts me to this day. Unfortunately if/when I do a video on Ruina I'll need to leave out the Mili music for copyright reasons. However, I'll probably want to restart from the beginning so the story fully soaks in. That and Dwarf Fortress will likely be what I'm playing next week between video production.
Great video! I don't know how familiar you are with Deep Rock Galactic, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Not that it's related to Inscryption at all, just that it's what I'm currently playing and I enjoy listening to your thoughts. I have my own ideas on why the game works and is so addicting, but I guess I'd like to hear the opinion of someone more experienced (and much better at actually conveying their thoughts, of course)
I really liked the atmospheric first episode, for a while. The idea of ambiguity works to engange people but eventually you need actual good writing. JJ Abrams' "Mystery Box" has the same concept, and all of JJ Abrams creations ended up not fullfilling expectations. I belive Inscryption to be a great one time experience that shouldn't last more than one or two hours and only be the first episode. The rest feels too forced for me, like a justification for charging more for it. But people loves Inscryption and JJ Abrams' work is popular, so what do I know.
Super excited for the channel trailer !!

I've been wondering recently why some games are replayable and others are not. Your videos help explore that question.
Nice video! This is such an incredible game
