remember that in-universe, the videogame "inscryption" is just an unreleased alpha of a videogame adaptation of real cards that looked like this, yeah it feels a little odd for them to be so different but it's definitely cooler to see the "canon" designs
So... something horrible is going to happen, everyone will forget about the digital version of the game but continue playing with the physical cards...
The main problem is this game has so many counters to deal with: blood, bones, battery and runes. It is very hard to adapt. But this cards look amazing, like real card game like Magic
You will need: Printer Matte photo paper Magnetic strips Cardboard (magnetic strips/sheets are actually cheap) You can print cards on matte photo paper and laminate them with tape (2 pieces per card). Teeth, blood and the rest can be replaced with cardboard chips. Inside the cards, you should also stick pieces of magnets (small, where the numbers and labels are). And you also need to print out the numbers (card lives) and paste them on the magnet with the entire surface. How to laminate: It is better to put the cards on the fabric before lamination. Horizontally stick two pieces of tape. It is advisable to bend it into an arc, with the ends pointing upwards, and the middle pointing towards the map. Then you have a tape that goes beyond the map. You cut off four squares from it from the corners to divide the bulging tape into four parts and bend it correctly. You bend the tape. The card is laminated. The link to the card files for printing is from a person who posted a video on UA-cam about how he made inscryption cards completely on magnets. My option is not that expensive. If necessary, I can somehow upload the photoshopped by me files for printing, because I remember that I had some difficulties with them. I can post a video with explanations if somebody needs it.

Nice. Every day is a step closer to the inscrypularity. Unrelated, it's great that tape on the fingers has become a subtle piece of comedy particular to this channel.

There should totally be a real-life version of inscryption! Don’t know how the play area would be set up, but I’ve seen some pretty amazing fanmade versions! Including one with cards, bells, teeth, bones, etc. you can buy! The picture cards look amazing, but I think I prefer the ingame cards, since they’re so unique to any other game’s cards out now. Making the sigils ferro-magnetic was very clever, as all I’ve seen before were sleeves with the sigils on them.
Every card needs the health counter like the cards in casting shadows by unstable games… every time there hit, you can scroll the number down on the side of the card etc etc… and the counters for power could be a electronic slider that resets every turn with a button and bones could just be bone counters…. I think sigil swapping could be done with magnets in the cards too and instead of random events, each turn you could draw a random event card to add sigils and add power etc etc…. I think, if done right this game could be a potential hit
I hope no one draws coordinates on one of the cards which leads to a floppy fisk containing a game that has a file with a code so powerfully evil that any NPC that gets a part of it can fundamentally change the game itself possibly resulting in the card game turning into a rougelite
It says 12 additional cards on them but there is no starter deck? I still hope for a playable game with magnetic sigils or silicone sigils. Maybe one day I will make my own deck myself.
It's so cool, but there are quite a few cards, I don't think you can play with them much, but it looks very cool, the way the cards are made in a realistic tone is cool. Are there only these cards or are there more cards in shop?
I hope they make more cards to make an actually playable dualling game with these in the future. I think the gameplay loop of Act 2 would be best for that. Also I never knew these were made! Kinda sad they're sold out atm.
Hey I’ve been working on getting a complete set of the Inscryption cards that you so helpfully gave us with the PDF and I had wanted to ask… will you be adding the Kaycee’s mod cards to your pdf? I would really appreciate it!
Never played Inscryption, but you just felt so happy and genuinely passionate about those boosters it made me emotional. You even created your own batch of cards ? And made them magnetic ?? How did you even do that ? Great job, and thank you for that video and all the positive vibes you gave off.
Well, the game itself was in beta (in the lore), they didn't add the graphic yet so the cards in the digital inscryption are very basic while these cards are based on the cards of the card game version, hence, the difference.
Have you by any chance found any coordinates that lead you in a forest? Mine did so and I found a strange red disc that read “Inscryption” I just wanna find out if it’s an official game for the cards or not
Every single variant of the game of inscryption has its own spin on the artstyle, some even switching the ganra's of what the cards are based on the physical cards would expectedly, follow with the same logic and not look like any of the previous card styles inscryption itself was (incanon) a real card game that the developer behind the game copy of inscryption got inspired by, so it could be safe to assume this is the version it was inspired by
So they’re making more pack series when cards are becoming more and more playable, eventually this will turn into a playable game. However not a lot of people can get their hands on these cards which is a problem.
