Mine wasn't working, and I was like, what's going on? Yours was the first video to show me what to do.
I've got the M12 version and love it. However, the M18 definitely has some features not present on the M12.

Great vid, that helped me figure if I should buy or not. Only thing to mention is, depending on your application (industrial in my case) don't forget to weight the grease for a pump.
Some motors and pillow blocks need a very specific amount of grease and buying a digital grease meter is usually expensive! Doing that, this model should work very well for me.

As an airline mechanic that works on overnight check, this comes in handy because I grease up the entire landing gear and those manual grease guns they have in the tool room sucks. Cost me over $200, but worth the price.
I've had mine for over a year now and love that thing. Sometimes there are locations that haven't been greased for a bit too long and an old fashioned manual grease gun can't put it in but this M18 will do it
or get an adaptor.

I followed your instructions. Thanks for the great video by the way. But, for some reason and no matter which way I turn the rod, I can not get it to push all the way in. It's like there is something preventing it from going in. The grease gun works great regardless.
Where do you get the clear cartridge holder?
Can you use it without grease cartridge just tub of grease

the clear is for bulk grease. throw a zerk on the prime on the side and you can pump from a barrel into the unit... duh
Sure, you can do that too. You can also use the aluminum tube for bulk as well. Great point on the zerk, we should have mentioned that. Thanks for watching.

Just leave the rod maxxed out once you screw it in pump it till the air is gone and then push it in dont waste all that time

Thank you for letting us know. Huge mistake on our part and something that's been happening for quite some time and we didn't realize it. We "always" export in HD (at least 1080), but somehow some settings were changed, even though "title" of the export stated 1080. Again, thanks for letting us know and we apologize for the low quality.
The biggest issue with this is you used to get a really nice hard case for the same money and now they screw you with that stupid soft case. As someone who likes too keep their stuff clean that is a real turn off
agreed. i got the hard case 4 yrs ago.
Agreed, I stuck mine in a Ridgid pro gear 2.0 small box with an extra tube, rags & hand cleaner. As well as some extra zerks in the small compartment that comes in the box
everything brushless now old news.
They don’t make these devices in brushless bc it’s not necessary
So much waste when switching between grease types. I suppose if you did that a lot, buying a second setup would probably pay for itself over time.
