I don’t sell houses or interested in photographing homes, “that being said”, I still watch these videos because you have talent and make watching these interesting.
Just saw these replies. Never had to do the intro videos. The houses sold within a few days without it. There was no need. Maybe the higher end homes, if I ever get a chance with those.
Some of the drone video of the hurricane damage is remarkable ! If any of the “wheelieWonks” don’t appreciate drones for the good they can provide........ OUTSTANDING FOOTAGE 👍🏼
Ken! Excellent video with phenomenal content! Your “Better Real Estate Videos” are exactly what I have been looking for! Keep up the great work...you are a real Pro😃🛩!
Nope because not a single agent or normal person will ever know. Water and fans are agnostic you have to really look to know and most never do. It doesn’t matter
Thanks for the great tips! I wish I knew enough to understand it all completely, but I'm on the path now. Just got knocked out of my own place because of fire... sucks. A lot of homes were lost around here. Still I'm sure I can assist realtors even with my so far limited skill set. I just need to practice, a bunch before I begin to charge for services.. I have a DJI drone, and getting ready to buy a hand held camera with gimbal control (or use my smartphone?)... and I've done some photography. Made a few family films with Final Cut... but all that really says is that I know nothing so far. I'm glad I found your channel, and this video along with your others. I'm your student now.
Great points for videoing. Are you going to use the Avata? Would be awesome to have a video how to shoot real estate with the Avata. Today I used testing in a small cabin, and on the grounds. Still used my Mavic 1st, but also used the Avata.
Love your video content. You mentioned Vimeo at the end of this video and I would love to see you do a tutorial or a best case procedure on how you host videos for real estate agents. Maybe settings and how you communicate those embed codes and links to your clients.
Thanks a lot. I enjoy a lot your vids! Beeing a real estate photographer I am learning towards offering also videpresentations so you are a great inspiration. I am curious what lens do you use for interior shots, aperture and how do you handle the focusing when filming? Thanks!
What software are you using to edit your videos? Your transition by using a tree and going from outside of home to inside is so cool! You mentioned that it is a 3 photo process. Do you have a video describing that process? Great content!
I have to say ken you have a Creative mind..You Got Game....You haven't hit full stride in this UA-camLand yet....Best is still to come... I've watched you Come along way....Homeruns brother homeruns..Channel is Growing... Thumbs Up
Can you give some advice on contracts with agents, I.e. do you have them sign a contract for every new shoot they are hiring you for? If yes, can you go into details what this contract entails, for example photos can only be used for this listing etc...
Thanks Ken for all the time and information you put in your videos to help out others!. Was curious if realtors were asking you for Matterport as part of your services? Do you have any interest in the system? Maybe a subject that you could do a review using the pro camera and system?
Ken, great information about real estate shooting, and timing. Thanks for sharing! What editing s/w do you use, and what's the name of that wipe transition you use? Using a porch pillar or tree as the divider to wipe from one clip to another is interesting.
Thanks for this video bud. I’m just getting started here in Arizona - working towards doing media for small businesses and real estate. Two Questions: For real estate, what mm wide lens do you use or prefer? Also, what resource to you use to share your videos with clients to maintain the image quality of the video? Thanks brotha!
Nice info on this topic of real estate video, what drone are you using? Looking to upgrade from 3DR SOLO. Any tips on what drone I should upgrade to. It’s either the FPV route with a GoPro 8 or DJI ....thoughts?
Great information. My question is I have started working on a portfolio. I'm using the A6100 with the kit lens. What were your setting you used shoting video with that camera, and any tips to get the best look and smoothest slow motion look in post? I have been shooting 1080 @60fps. Computer can't handle 4k. Thanks Ken
Ken, can you give a quick explanation on how you do the zoom transition into a room? It is fairly simple, or a really complex setup in your editor? I’ve seen some vids on zoom transition and most are really complex. Thanks.
Quick? Witch camera Sony a6400 or Sony a6600 or Sony a7ii I’m leaning towards the a6600 but the price of the a7ii is dang good so I’m not sure witch what you’re opinion
Quite enjoyed this one! Thanks for sharing some great knowledge in such a short time. Definitely beats some courses out there. I'm very new to real estate video/video shooting in general and have only done a few so far. It's an enjoyable process for me and looking forward to implementing some ideas from this video!
... I'm starting a portfolio, 10:22 - So, would you recommend to include strippers who "don't give it all away" for the entire two minutes or bring some that teas you right away and give some at the beginning, say, at the kitchen floor... while the water is running... hahaha JK dude... great vid, great vid...
Very informative and interesting, thanks for sharing your work flow! nice analogy, but I think if you add strippers you will defiantly get viewers and buyers no matter what.
MAYBE...Just maybe, let's spice this up a bit and do a Stripper "Show-N-Tell" video. Nice and easy...not too much pushing, just enough to get me into the club. I see I am not the only one who wants a stripper video...haha. On the technical side, I see that you figured out how to balance incandescent lights with LED lights and eliminate the "flicker." I'd love to hear more about this and how you fixed it. Running water is optional.
If you don’t tell my wife than I guess I will bring in the strippers. Usually that’s my little secret but I guess I can share with my fellow subscribers....maybe I will make it exclusive to my brew crew hmmmm 🤔
I don’t sell houses or interested in photographing homes, “that being said”, I still watch these videos because you have talent and make watching these interesting.
Nobody takes the time, to share this kind of knowledge, except you Ken.
Your a very thoughtful dude. I am archiving this video, for sure.
I've never noticed walkthrough videos with the water faucets running but that is a great touch!
I'm normally not big on thumbs upping videos but you deserve it man. Very practical and helpful tips as usual.
Really great content! I intend to rewatch this numerous times. Thanks, Ken. You’re becoming my most watched channel for RE.
Doing my first real estate shoot today. Your videos have helped so much! Thank you.
How has the first year been?
Im curious to know how your first year went also. are you still going with it?
Just saw these replies. Never had to do the intro videos. The houses sold within a few days without it. There was no need. Maybe the higher end homes, if I ever get a chance with those.

Ken! Excellent video with phenomenal content! Your “Better Real Estate Videos” are exactly what I have been looking for! Keep up the great work...you are a real Pro😃🛩!
Great info Ken. Pro tip: be careful what shots you reverse so you don't accidentally make water run uphill (10:52)
Nope because not a single agent or normal person will ever know. Water and fans are agnostic you have to really look to know and most never do. It doesn’t matter
Thanks for showing us how you go about your workflow on a shoot. Very informative!

I only fly as a hobby, but that was still excellent content for those who want to do real estate. Nice you are helping others.
Love these types of videos man! Unsure if you've done any showing your editing workflow. If not we'd love to see that fo sho!

Brother thank you so much for your well appreciated information.
Great info brother. Much appreciated. Keep up the great work. Aloha

Click hole 2:50... Nice lol
Thank you for this video series.
Outstanding information Ken. This is exactly the kind of info I was looking for. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Ken for all the time and information you put in your videos to help out others!. Was curious if realtors were asking you for Matterport as part of your services? Do you have any interest in the system? Maybe a subject that you could do a review using the pro camera and system?

Great advice Ken, definitely I would like to see more videos like this too.
Mr. Dobo I have a question, sir. When you are shooting indoors; are you shooting with just a steady hand or an attached camera tool? Thank you, sir.
Awesome video Ken
Awesome tips. I 'am curious do you create your own animated texts for the listings or is there a template you use?
Thanks for the really good tips Ken 👍
Yo Ken, this is valuable information. Thanks bro!
Legit video. Thank you for this
Maybe a behind the scenes version of this? 🤔
Great info!
Stay safe ✌

So for an APSC camera 10mm to 12mm is an ideal focal length for full frame 15-20 mm is perfect
Sharing I use vimeo it makes unbranding easier
OriginaldoBo thanks bud 👊🏻
thanks for the tips!👍🏻
Nice video Ken
I have to subscribe because of the lap dance joke :)
Nice info on this topic of real estate video, what drone are you using? Looking to upgrade from 3DR SOLO. Any tips on what drone I should upgrade to. It’s either the FPV route with a GoPro 8 or DJI ....thoughts?
Currently I’ve been using the EVO 2 Pro
Thank you for this video, very insightful! Cheers!
Great work!

Standard Profile HDR set to auto and that’s about it. With 1080 you’ll need to add a little sharpening
Ken, can you give a quick explanation on how you do the zoom transition into a room? It is fairly simple, or a really complex setup in your editor? I’ve seen some vids on zoom transition and most are really complex. Thanks.
Bit more complex
@@OriginaldoBo OK. Thanks. That's all I wanted to know. I'll do some research.
Quick? Witch camera Sony a6400 or Sony a6600 or Sony a7ii I’m leaning towards the a6600 but the price of the a7ii is dang good so I’m not sure witch what you’re opinion
A7ii is a bit outdated and the lenses are going to be twice as much. The A6600 has great battery life so I’d go with that
This was a great and helpful video! Lots of great points. Awesome job!
Nice 24mm 1.4 😁
Paul Drinks only Wine
OriginaldoBo just wait till Wednesday 😉 I might both surprise you and not surprise you at the same time.
I laughed at the stripper analogy! 🤣
Quite enjoyed this one! Thanks for sharing some great knowledge in such a short time. Definitely beats some courses out there. I'm very new to real estate video/video shooting in general and have only done a few so far. It's an enjoyable process for me and looking forward to implementing some ideas from this video!
Just find what works best for you and stay consistent
I wanna see one of your first houses compared to these awesome ones you have done
that stripper analogy :D :D :D I love your videos :) thank you for your content

Hi! New sub here, do you have like a website or playlist wherein we can view some of your work?
apeximagingmedia.com
Do you film interiors twice for an Instagram Version?
No one asks for an instagram version not something I offer
Where’s the guy who complains about your running faucets ? 😜
