I’m recovering from my second brain cancer tumor removal surgery and you just gave me 15 minuets of escape from my pain and fear. Thank you. Also, Incase nobody ever told you...you’re pretty good with a chisel. 🤗 bless you and your family.
MW If you happen to see these comments again, please read about Turkey Tail mushrooms and how Paul Stamets helped cure his mother of breast cancer.
I know this is a bit old, but my prayers go out to you and your family, and that your last surgery was your last!!!
hope your doing well xxx
Gorgeous table !
Wonderful video!
Love the music!
Appreciate the craftsmanship!
Thank you
God Bless
So much respect for not using epoxy... Love to see a table like this one!! AWEsMe work!!
You certainly made a beautiful table. The end of the video made it even more fun watching when the family was enjoying a meal together. A nice bit of humor when one the kids decided to stand up in the gap between the boards.
Very nice table, very unique! Thanks for sharing!
This is the type of content that shows the Samurai Carpenter at his best and what inspires me as a complete woodworking noob, keep up the good work
Thought I saw "Samurai" out for supper in my hometown...then I saw the "chisel on" shirt and knew for sure. Took a lot of inner strength not to be "that guy" who geeks out and says how big a fan he is...but I am and this video is an example of why. Cheers.
P.S. You're welcome for not interrupting your dinner...☺
I know you're probably not watching the comments on this video since it's so old, but I wish you would still make more videos like this. I've been watching you since about 2018 and you're the reason I finally got into woodworking in 2020.
I'd love more of a how-to series or diy videos. Just a dream though. I want to learn from the master
really amazing sir
I am a young man from Indonesia. Beginners in carpentry admire every process of your work, sir. I learned a lot about timber techniques here. I hope you are always there, sir. thank you 👍
That belongs in a museum. Beautiful
All I can say is Wow!!! That is amazing. I think it's the coolest table ever. Kid getting stuck in the middle of the table is classic. Great work as always samurai!!
My gosh! Not only amazing craftsmanship but tremendous artistry as well! You're a cut above!
Beautiful Table. Beautiful Family.
WOW!! Mind blown! That is a gorgeous piece of furniture art. Nice to see that no epoxy used to fill the centre. Beautiful!
The Samarai at his best! Love this table.
This is a pure art. Breathtaking.
Beautiful table! I'm inspired every time I watch one of your videos. Thanks for sharing. Your are truly an artist.
i like the way that you left the breadboards proud of the edge, mine have moved (as wood does) and now the little gap looks like a mistake rather than a design feature.
The heart of the family home.
So nice to see a table without a ton of coloured resin thrown on it true craftsmanship
I LOVE that live edge down the center. Beautiful piece.
Superb work - instantly recognizable as your own style. So good to see a classic samurai-style video up on your channel again. Thanks for sharing, you've made my day !
Beautiful piece of art.
11:24 "Back to reality" ja ja ja. Excellent work! The most beautiful table! Congratulations!
Your craftsmanship is truly an inspiration! It is because of videos like this I have begun trying to learn some traditional joinery. Beautiful table! Thank you!
I love the idea of putting the live edges facing inward gives a gulch/winding river look that is incredible. It was an awesome video, and furniture piece.
This is just so insanely beautiful - and amazing to watch! Thank you for sharing!!
The moment of panic with your son was great, I was wondering about that during the build and I'm so glad you got footage of that moment!
Dude! That was amazing. I’m new to woodworking and was mesmerized by this video. Great job.
I'm so glad you are back to this type of footage. Love this so much. It's an inspiration.
A thing of beauty! You are an amazing craftsman.
Nothing more soothing than a well executed job. Kudos to your craftsmanship.
Wow! I'm out of words. Just wow.
Your Family and the Table, they're all beautiful.
I am in total awe at the level of craftsmanship.
Also, my kids would never be allowed to eat at it.
Amazing!!! I follow your self from France since longtime, it’s your best jobs
One of the best table production I watched online. What a great job.
Gorgeous! And it's pretty awesome you incorporate your family in these vids! Keep up the great work!
Beautiful table.....Amazing talent and craftsmanship.
Thanks, for sharing.
The Samurai is back !!!! .........Hes back !!!!
Top quality work amigo .........
That whole bit at 11:40 was pretty funny. Nice touch keeping that in there. Gorgeous work
WHEN MAN PUTS HIS MIND AND HIS HANDS TOGETHER HE HAS THE ABILITY TO CREATE BREATHTAKING BEAUTY BUT WHAT A SHAME THAT EVERYTHING HE TOUCHES DOES NOT TURN OUT AS BEAUTIFUL AS THIS TABLE. CLASS VIDEO AND THE END PRODUCT, WOW, IT IS A BEAUTY TO BEHOLD.
You are an amazing craftsman and artist at the same time. Beautiful work and great Design!
Jesse you knocked this out of the park so freaking incredible my brother. Such beautiful joinery and the top so so awesome. Great to see your first family meal and REALITY HITS lmao but hey it is what it is and that’s the most important thing FAMILY FIRST!!
Very nice table. More lovely children. Wish you a happy family👍👏
I love the style of the carpenter,he is highly skilled, hoping u many more can satisfied ur work...good job Joe...
Turned out stunning. Love the design other than the separation in the middle but that's just stylistic difference and the eye of the beholder. Being a father of 6 myself I was laughing aloud when your son plugged the hole with his body! They will always find a way haha!
Passion for Woodworking I would have liked a resin inlay just because stuff is bound to fall into the void haha
Beautiful kids! Showing us your family having a dinner seems to represent your philosophy in making furniture. Thanks for the great video!
Thank you for sharing. Beautiful Table & Family.
That was truly inspiring to watch. Thank you so much for posting this.
Beautiful piece of furniture!
Everything you make is simply stunning. Keep up the great work.
this art is simply to beautiful to use! AMAZING!
Nice work, your workmanship is extra ordinary!

Video's great - *all of them!*
Nice table and nice family. Thanks for sharing.
A bonus to the large table is the sibling separation distance.
You really know how to inspire people, fantastic table & well put together video
Beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship.
You never cease to amaze me! Beautiful. I hope you and your family are staying healthy.
One of your best vids yet. Combination of the project, camera angles, edit, music and then family, made it an absolute pleasure to watch. Thank you!
Fantastic work! I have been waiting for you to make a table and this is simply amazing. I cant wait for the chairs and the tutorial on how to make them!
Beautiful table! Truly impressive build. Love how you added some curves to the table legs, goes well with the live edges. Love this video and table design.
NICE... one of the best tables i've watched being built on you tube
awesome work as always Samurai.
Incredible. I love watching your videos. Thanks for sharing
Wonderful piece. You have great skill, patience and dedication.
Wonderful table! Lovely family!!!!
Beautiful family! Table is nice too.
tables are easier
Jp Kalishek as compared to what? A wood post, a chair, a stool? I believe your point is moot as they all take considerable skills
david lahey, he means building a beautiful table is easier than building a beautiful family. I'd have to agree.
Kareke
daddie´s table!!! was the best part of the video, agree the table is nice too.
Well Done! Beautiful table!
Love seeing a skilled professional at work
LOL those kids are awesome!!!!!! Reminds me and my cousin putting pitted black olives on our fingers messing around....The table is amazing thanks for sharing

so satisfying to watch
Good jod my friend congratulations and beautiful family too
Whooo been waiting for this
Awesome...love ur work .... the table is stunning.... thank u for ur skill and creativity
THAT is a table.
Fantastic work. Thanks for sharing this awesome project and a bit of reality.
Cheers, kid
This video is like an anti-Alec Steele video. ONE PART!! Amazing work!
Different styles, Alec does daily vids, so it leads to multiple vids per project. both are awesome!
I like his work, but 10 part project vids are not satisfying. He has changed since he started out, and not for the better. Getting a vid out daily shouldn't be the goal if there's not going to be any progress made. It's a pretty common complaint among long time subscribers. He's part of the daily video grind that has taken over so many UA-cam channels recently.
A true master!
That’s absolutely glorious!
This is incredible. Thank you for sharing this!
Seus trabalhos são Fantásticos!
Parabéns!
God bless your life...
🇧🇷
You do great work. I'm teaching a class on how to build your "shop stool."
Amazing work!!!...and congratulations for your wonderful family!!!
Stunning work. A dining table for eternity.
Great design and beautiful wood. It was a pleasure to watch your carpentry skills. Best wishes
mark goode have you seen his video on making a scarf joint? If you like this one, you are going to LOVE that one.

Amazing work of art!
You sir....are a CRAFTSMAN...beyond your years...thank you1
a masterpiece, including video editing
Around a beautiful table with a beautiful family! Awesome job
Ridiculous skills man. That table is bad ass!
Watching this great work is a pleasure for me. Not only your work but also your love to your family.
You bring happiness to this world Samurai.
Respect from Indonesia
Amazing
Cnc machines are good to have on board but it takes the enjoyment out of woodworking, when someone wants something hand made they expect it hand made not machine made by hand in one hour and this video is a prime example of what woodworking is all about and how it should be done ,awesome base for a awesome table ,love the detail and the little touches like the carving and the bread board end with the epoxyless river ,hope you enjoy many nice times around the table ,you have a lovely little family there ,be safe take care 👌
Bro...I have to say - you are just a badass!!! Ive watched a lot of videos from... the same sort of genre... and you bro, are hands down 'Da Man' - A true craftsman! Your skill with.... is second to none! I grew up watching my dad use many of the same tools/instruments you wield... not quite the skillset you possess...but, your video... it's nostalgic - reminds me so much of him and the time he and I shared in the shop. I'm not real sure what to say... watching this just now really moved/made such an impression on me tonight... in so many ways! your video flooded my thoughts with so many of the good things he taught/instilled in me - Thank you! It's been a rough couple years and I forgot what it was like to feel like this - to be so emotional...in a good way! I never 'like', much less 'subscribe'...and I'm freakin' commenting! You have inspired me and for that I thank you!
