    🚨Someone please answers my goals to lose fat 🚨
    My daily calorie target -1800 calories protein-120g
    Say I have 500grams of chicken =650 calories when cooked
    I have 2 toast with butter = 400 calories
    So that’s 1050 calories. My question is do I need to eat my remaining 750 calories or Not since I have hit my protein target for the day ???

      You need carb and good fat
      Eat that chicken with some rice or other good carb and some almonds or peanut butter and 1 apple daily for fiber

      -500cal from maintenance is doable for a beginner
      -3500cal = 1lb of fat per week
      if you’re finding you’re too hungry or struggling. up your protein & find where calories are slipping ex. (this is off memory so don’t quote me) nature valley chocolate granola bar is 200cal but 1/2lb skinless chicken breast is 250ish. not cooking with olive oil will save calories too that you can eat somewhere else. & do not get discouraged!!! with that said, motivation should only be used for 3 weeks & past that it’s up to you to depend on discipline.

      @@trevorshaner3713 I appreciate this! I’m currently on day 69 of the 75 hard challenge and I’ve been averaging about a 300 deficit. I went from 185 lbs to 179 lbs. Definitely have noticed loss in fat and gain in muscle. My reps and weights in the gym have gone up significantly. How long do you think I should keep up a body recomp phase before moving on to bulking?

      @@ryanbrown8387You should recomp towards a low body fat percentage, then when you get there just do a lean bulk (200-300 calorie surplus)

      You can’t answer this question! It depends on how much you weigh!
      The most important thing is that you eat at least 2 grams of protein per KG Bodyweight! The rest of your calories are carbs and fats, it’s that easy!
      I prefer to eat less fat and more carbs (about 50% or more of your calorie intake)! Because you want to lose fat and gain muscles and if you don’t eat a good amount of carbs, you will not be able to really improve your strength which is important if you want to gain muscles but don’t be in a calorie surplus! 😬💪🏾
