Still can't believe this is free, it's a cooking lesson, a training lesson, and you explain it like it's easy in such a way that it feels like it should be easy, not like it's only easy for you. All in all, great video, Ollie keep it up
I wish I could see this guy in real life just to even say thank you. I’m 6’1 and was 210 pounds. Now I’m 180 pounds. Needless to say my knees don’t hurt anymore 🙏🏾
Will, I doubt you will ever read this but. Thank you for your words at the end. I'm 48 and threw away so many years with self doubt, caring about things that didn't matter and quitting because I never believed I was worthy of being anything more than that. Not a way to go through life. Thank you, You're a good man, I appreciate you.

Just quit smoking (24 years of it) and drinking (better part of 7 years HEAVY) and am starting out in the gym. Glad I found this video because I’m struggling to find a solid routine.
You know he love this, when he literally gives you a 40 $ dolar diet, workout and cardio routine, all for free, love your channel bro, live your content, thanks for all the valuable info👊
David Ramirez so true man .... all these shitty apps which are not even worth it are charging like $30 and this giving it all for free.....truly respectable
@@krolybezfiltru9051 He could have done the same thing in a pdf, leaving 30 studies as reference and sold it, all i am saying is that he took the time to do it bro and i respect that, he could have just done an easier video🏃♂️👌
Favourite cardio: As someone who studies in the Netherlands, biking is the only type of transportation that matters for me. You don't realise how weak you are until you have to cycle against a killer wind every day.
Bro... I've been watching you for half a year now.. And man how you have impacted my life... This video made me really emotional. You're so good at motivating others.. you're the kind of person i look up to and i want my children to look up to when if i get children. You're videos have made me emotional in every kind of way imagineable. You've made me cry, smile, happy and most of all you have made me laugh. You're my idol. This video really helped me get motivated again. Im really thankfull for all you do for you fans and all you do to try and help us get our lifes together and make us laugh and make us appreciate things we take for granted. My english is not that good but i hope you understood what i am trying to say. I dont expect a respond to this comment i just wanted to tell you how much you have helped me and many others i am sure. Keep up the good work buddy. Love you, your videoes and everything you stand for.
forget all the advice about cardio, eating, and training that Will gave (not that it's not good, it's great). that last minute of the video alone , the motivational/life coaching stuff, is worth gold.
Mine’s definitely HITT cardio. It’s similar to HIIT cardio but involves Military workouts. I love it because i’m in the marines and I love working out as a group
Where has this channel been all my life? This young man is by far the most thorough and helpful fitness UA-camr I have seen. He explains things, gives examples, provides links, and then gives you a whole workout plan for free! I have watched a lot of fitness channels but they all fall short of giving you exactly what to do. Will gives you all you need from start to finish. Thank you, young man! Keep up the great content!
My favorite forms of cardio are: hiking mountains and hill sprints, love getting the feels of the outdoors, also hit a treadmill and stair master once in a while
My favorite cardio is mile runs. They’re just super clean cause it’s a distance that’s not too long or short that you can get really get familiar with losing weight. I started off my 50 lb weight loss by doing daily mile runs to improve my time and watching Tenny videos. Would love to get a cardio hoodie! Ollie, if you’re watching, tell Will to hook it up, man.
Hey i hope you can see this, but i wanted to say thank you so much for this video! seriously. you changed my life. you motivated me, you are amazing. I was 120 kg and i saw THIS VIDEO it changed my life!! I am now after only Six months 80kg looking perfect. What i did wrong at first, was actually trying to lift too hard. IF anyone is reading this. Just start slow, even with 2 kgs seriously. or you will damage smthg and it will take time to heal. Anyway that didnt stop me, i continued. I ate healthy, i ate my proteins like you said and thank you thank you thank you so much!
@@Newzladee hey girl! Just to update i am now 77 Kgs and muscular ! I mostly did strength training. Like i would do 10 mins cardio before it to warm up and then so strength training. Cause by building more muscle you will automatically burn more calories. I started with intermittent fasting. I would not eat from 10 am to 4 pm and eat from 4pm to 12 am. I honestly sometimes ate everything 😅 but it still worked out great. Just don’t focus so much on cardio ofc if your goal is to build more muscles forever and have a good posture. I am still doing strength training now. Cardio is the same. Don’t make it hard on yourself really, don’t just eat salads and rice. Just train your muscles and you will see the magic happening
@@Jawi43 Hey Yassine! Thanks so much for replying. I appreciate that. I have recently dropped 22kg and I tried strength training for 2 weeks with a healthy diet and 30mn light cardio afterwards and saw my body fat dropping but saw the bodyweight creeping back up. I was a bit concerned so went back to intense cardio but then I missed strength training so going back on it. What do you think that was? I am literally happy for you and encourage you from a distance to keep going! I'm 77kg too and would love to stay that way but muscular like you😁🤞
@@Newzladee please bear in mind you'll need to persist through strength training for at least 6 weeks to notice the ongoing benefits, 2 weeks just isn't enough. Keeping an eye on just your bodyweight can be deceiving as well, when strength training you will gain muscle mass as well. To drop weight it's fairly simple, burn more calories than you use. to increase your metabolic rate, you'll need to change eating and activity habits.
I’ve actually been doing this exact workout program for 4 months now during my bulk. My weight has gone up while still maintaining 11% body fat. All my lifts have gone up especially my bench. I’m finally able to rep 225. Looking good, feeling good. Thanks for the program olly🙏🏽🙏🏽
I restarted the cycle. So if week one I did 185 on bench, the next week one I’ll do 190 or 195, depending how much stronger I got. Usually it’s 5 pound increase, sometimes it’s 10
@@GoodBaLIsTicS ah makes sense thank you and say for example in the video every week he does less reps what would you do for the fourth week? sorry i don’t know if i’m explaining myself well
Will I have used this program consistently for two years and it has yielded me great results! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO EVERYONE! I’ve tried PPL and kept coming back; the only downside is no direct ab work, but you can easily fit in ab movements at the end, beginning, or on one to two of your rest days. This is why at this point I’m switching to Jeff Nippard’s x5 full body split, but if you are just getting started or only have 4 days to train, this program rocks. I went from an untrained 6’ 295lbs to (currently) 165lbs doing this program. First year, I did two a days with morning cardio sessions and high protein keto/intermittent fasting. Then once I hit right under 170, I reintroduced carbs, went up to around 175 and stayed at maintenance for a year; reducing my deficit through diet and dialing down the cardio, but keeping protein high. Once I get down to 160 I plan on staying at maintenance for a couple weeks before going into a 200-300 cal a day surplus until I hit 175 again. Then I plan to #rinseandrepeat with less time at maintenance (only spent a year the first time bc of how drastic the weight loss was and I wanted to be sure to keep it off/avoid crashing my metabolism. I have no idea what my bf% is, but I’m only just now starting to see my upper abs so I feel like cutting back down to 165 with a little more muscle will put me close to where I’d like to be. Thank you Will for all you do. If you are considering this program, it will yield results!
I have been watching his videos here and there, and honestly he's my new favorite fitness youtuber. All these fitness channels are so mad complicated to a discouraging point. I love his way of making things simple and fun to adapt to. This is the modern style of fitness which I absolutely love
Favourite cardio: I live in a Italy where there are a lot of vineyard, me and my dad like to spend the morning riding the bike up the hills. Last time we did 30km! Tiring but great view and satisfaction at the end!
can not express how much i love this man, like he’s a genuinely nice guy that just wants us to succeed. he gave us a good ass workout routine/nutrition plan & everything. thank you bro, it means the world
My favorite form of cardio these days is walking. I go almost everywhere on foot and reach between 15000 to 21 000 steps a day. And also makes you more calm and relaxed :) Btw great work Will! Keep on with being awesome and wish you the best donuts forever!
I've been enjoying cardio too, but I go on a full incline + add a 40 pound weighted vest. Alongside my generally active lifestyle which includes lots of walking to and from places, I've lost nearly 50 pounds in the last 5 months
This is my first video introducing me to will’s channel. You can tell he’s such a welcoming, transparent person that actually cares about helping others get on their fitness journey. Shout out to you! ❤
So glad i found this channel. I am turning 50 this year and was looking for some help with my fitness goals and i found so much more than I expected. Will you give me the motivation, diet ,and workout plan that is truly going to change my life am am so appreciative of your videos and the knowledge / humanity you spread to the world. Just wanted to say thank you.
Favorite cardio: Can’t go wrong with a nice walk. I’ve upgraded to the social distancing walks these days, not sure how much of an effect it has on calories, but I’ve heard it might be the smart thing to do. Big fan of the channel Will, keep up the good work!
As a mailman, my favorite form of cardio is walking! 10 mile walking route (Roughly 23k+ steps a day!) Appreciate the content and especially your workout routine. This is gonna be game changer!
At 17:40 Will made me re-think about how I will proceed with my training/schooling/lifestyle. "Be proud to put your name on it" [On everything that you do]. Thank you for the motivation Will, and this is why I love your channel. Keep it up my friend!
I just love that you help so many people but you do it in a way where I’m engaged and actually want to watch your video. I was amused and educated. Thank you my friend.
This is most definitely one of the best vids I’ve ever seen on UA-cam. Saying it’s helpful isn’t enough. Thanks for sharing all the guidance and encouragement!
I love this guy. For real. Your videos are so educational, Will. There are so many controversies, misconceptions and probably worst of all....MISINFORMATION!!! When I watch your videos, i'm locked in start to finish. In fact, vids like this I grab a pen and my notebook and start jotting all this valuable info down! It's been a while I've watched this vid, had to rewatch it and take notes, lost 5.9 kg in 16 days so far and I saw that i'm not only burning fat, but also losing some gains. So Starting NOW I will be implementing everything you've talked about in this video. You're much appreciated, my friend.
Hey there. I just wanted to let you know that your words at the end hit close to home. For about two months now, I see small but consistent progress in things I do and try to achieve. You just reminded me again that everything is possible. Thank you so much for the Workout Routine now where my gym opened again, this will be the next project for the three weeks coming.
You've easily become my newest fitness person to watch. Top quality content, funny without trying too hard and most importantly, you don't bullshit us 👌🏼
I've started implementing the 10k steps a day and they are a game changer, easy for recovery and i still feel like I can do a different form of cardio after.
HIIT training my favourite cardio and probably most effective way to burn calories. I keep it simple, 30 sec sprint followed by 30sec-1 min rest for 20-30 minutes!
after watching the video of you talking about the tragic loss of Ollie, every time i see one of these older videos with him in it, makes me sad. but then i see how happy and awesome you were with him in the videos and i am happy that you not only have your memories of him, but those memories are now forever on the youtube. And i am happy that you were able to share those memories and your thoughts with us
My favorite form of cardio is definitely jumping on a trampoline,. It is super fun and exhausting. You can spend an hour without even notice and every second drains your energy. Really cool exercise, I highly recommend it guys, you should give it a try!!!
After having this program saved on my phone since it first came out, I FINALLY hit the first workout today at the gym!! First time I’d ever felt a pump in my back!!
@ItsAmaan I followed it for the 3 week block and increased my strength each week. I didn’t follow the cardio so I probably didn’t lose as much weight as I could’ve. Overall, a good program with guaranteed success 😃
@ItsAmaan Nope. For me, my form felt off at first, like I felt like I was doing it horribly wrong. But after watching Will again and some other videos, I learnt how to do it better! I also recommend putting the clips on the barbell so the weight plates aren’t flying everywhere.
@@kaysontheace what do you do after the 3 week block? Is this a full body workout that we can then continue repeating? Cause I saw each week you raise the weight, but then after the 3 blocks, I'm confused about that. Thanks
I've been following this plan for 2 years was 252lbs now im 193. Definitely a long time subscriber but this brings me back I started with this plan and a claorie deficit. 10-15k steps is freaking key.
So glad I found you Will. Really rare that you find an influencer that is as genuine, charismatic and informative as you are. I can see that you put so much effort into every single video you put out on the channel and I know that you have so much ahead of you! Gonna try this split and see how it goes :D
Skipping since you can do it for cheap and no matter the weather, I really recommend it to everyone plus for me personally I notice it’s more effective than walking.
My two favorite forms of cardio: a. Boxing - No other sport makes my heart feel like it’s in cardiac arrest. B. Soccer - mostly to show off my dance moves after I score.
This guy is the man!! Every other UA-cam wants to charge $150 for their program and this guy is giving us the whole thing free.99! Definitely earned my sub button! Thanks a ton!
Swimming and running are my favorites but I’m kinda getting tired of running and I wanna swim but I don’t have a pool also will thank you for recommending the my fitness pal app ive been using it for three months and I’ve seen drastic results and watching your weight loss video really pushed me to start my weight loss journey and for that I thank you
I wasn’t expecting a video like this from a bigger channel. Thanks man I really appreciate it. I think most people want to get in shape but don’t know how or what to do in the gym. Thank you for the video with no BS.
I just want to thank you for this video. I split up with my wife two and a half months ago I slipped into depression and didn't eat etc for about 3 weeks. I started watching your videos having come across them through Greg Doucette. After watching this one I decided to follow your weights routine and throw some circuits in as cardio. Just over a month later and Mlmuscle memory is doing its thingand then some, I've brought new smart clothes and in such a better place mentally so again thanks. This upload has been so much more than a UA-cam video to me.
Programs at: DAY 1 AND DAY 2 14:22 - Chest / Back / Biceps 1 15:46 - Shoulders / Legs / Triceps 1 DAY 3 AND DAY 4 16:47 - Chest / Back / Biceps 2 17:34 - Shoulders / Legs / Triceps 2 (the exercises are also on the description) Each week you add from 2.5 to 5lbs to your exercises while reducing the number of reps. After three weeks, you restart from the higher rep count. Example: Week 1: 12 reps @ 10lb Week 2: 10 reps @ 12lb Week 3: 08 reps @ 15lb RESTART AND KEEP YOUR WEIGHT Week 1: 12 reps @ 15lb Week 2: 10 reps @ 17lb Week 3: 08 reps @ 20lb RESTART AGAIN, CONTINUE...
e.g.: - Week 1: You start with 10lbs - Week 2: Increase to 12lbs - Week 3: Increase to 14lbs - Week 4 (1 again): Start with 14lbs - Week 5 (2 again): Increase to 16lbs And so on, so forth
@@SaintMichael99 I'm not an expert but you could use heavier weights and compensate by doing less reps so you don't get tired too quickly and still progress.
Retired bodybuilder here. I must say, the work out plan makes a lot of sense. I like the combination and the distribution. The best part, if it’s done right each workout won’t take more Than 60”/90”. The only thing that o personally would change is that I would make all the same muscle exercises at once (1st all the chest exercises, then all the back ones, etc.) Overall, great plan and even more great channel my dude.
@@justsayy yes, you Can easily use this for hipertrophy. Just focus on the execution and not in the weight and try to fail the muscle as much as you can.
@@soluciones11s.a.s81 So would you raise the weight each week? Also, if you want to complete the sets and reps, would you put the weight that takes it to fail each set?
@@priscilladenuno983 there is something to keep in mind. We humans don’t have the same energy every single day, we are not machines. So there are going to be days in where you can lift more than others. Just focus on a good technique and be in control of every set. The general idea is to improve every day on each exercise. If it’s not weight, repetition. Example: Week 1: bench press x4 sets Set 1: 14 reps 55kg Set 2: 12 reps 60kgs Set 3: 10 reps 64kgs Set 4: 8 reps 70kg On the next week you can add weigh OR ad repetitions. I would add weight on the first to sets and reps on the last ones (you are going to be more tiered). The general idea is to train harder than the last time you trained. BUT do not loose focus on the execution of the exercise. Clean technique gives more results Thant weight. Unless that you want to be a power lifter. And most important: enjoy the ride!
Favorite cardio of ALL time has to be swimming, there’s so many ways of it and it just feels so much better on your joints. plus I rather drip then drown
Always come back to this from time to time for motivation, thank you Will. I’m 60Lbs down w some muscle still a good amount of fat but it’s only been a year I know it takes a long time now and I’m happier than I was. Love man! Stay blessed.
Congrats man, I just started my journey and was looking to lose around the same amount of weight you did, what advice would you give me that others might not?
@@aliwoo._hey man! Yeah, it’s a slow process at first but you just have to be consistent and trust the process! A food scale and my fitness pal helped a lot, some staples I always use is: breakfast egg whites w Canadian bacon and some toast (or a sandwich would work too) on the side w some butter spray 0 cal or also pb powder and sugar free jelly spread and make a little pb&j for snacks I got Orville’s mini smart pop corn bags high volume low in cals and keeps you full, some Greek yogurt make sure it’s fat free. Then for dinner I like to make some chicken or lean ground beef or even leaner cuts of steak to be honest doesn’t hurt. But really, search anything you like to eat then “anabolic” and you’ll find tons of recipes that are what you love to eat but higher in protein and lower in fat. But yeah man, as far as food goes just pretty much that’s all I do the calculator on the description helps and even tho I do workout 4-6 days a week I still multiply by 1.375 to be safe but deduct 500 cals after that and you should be good. Another great video that helped me was tracking your macros by Christian Guzman changed my whole perspective man! highly highly recommend, do what he said and track your macros and just stay in those lines. It’s not bad to treat yourself here and there don’t feel bad about it once your consistent sure you’ll go up a bit and feel guilty but once you get back on track and to the routine your body will go back to where you at and go down again and again. Remember it’s a lifestyle not a diet, just fall in love with it, and everybody is different try different workout and different splits and see what works with you. In due time you’ll start shredding fat and building muscle. If you stay consistent and do it for most of the year, I’ve had bad weeks but definelty came back and now I’m at my goal weight and hope to shred down to 190 as the ultimate goal weight. (I’m at 225) But really all it takes is you wanting it and doing it. Eat right and drink a gallon of water at least 5 days a week. I like to split Saturday and Sunday as it’s own water gallon jug and then I do run about 1-3 miles at least 2-3 times a day and that’s what recently helped my Plato and hit my weight at 225Lbs (I was stuck at 235 for about 2 months) but just getting more steps in will helps as well. You got this man, do it for yourself you gotta want it and be the best version of yourself you possibly can. It’s doable, it’s just all on you! I kinda rambled a lot but I hope it helps a bit and makes sense! Anything in detail just feel free to ask and I’ll answer as best as I can!
I'm 17, 6'3, and I used to weigh nearly 300 pounds. I lost almost 80 pounds, with my lowest in recent time being 222 pounds. However, I then started working and my day got a lot busier, driving me back up to 240-250 pounds because I wasn't focusing on my calories and eating shit at work. I have recently started working out (4 days/week @ ~60-80 minutes), along with a 1 mile run each day and limiting my calories to 2,200 a day. It's hard sometimes, but I have been trying my best to get at least 110g of protein a day (1g/kg of body weight). I really would like to thank Will because he's one of the people that really started my knowledge base on this topic and helped me figure out what to actually do to achieve my goal.
Thank you for this man, I've been struggling for awhile to get healthy I'm 6'3 and weighed 289.4 at the beginning of March which is when we went into lockdown and I was determined to lose weight and not let this quarantine get the best of me. Our gyms are closed so I started dieting and counting macros as of today I am 268.2 I wish it was more but super happy considering I've just been dieting. I'm ready to hit the weights and get it done 250 was my original goal and it seemed out of reach at the time but I may have to rethink my goal as I'm coming up on it. Thanks man I watch this channel because it's one of the only channels I've come across that shows a natural figure and I'm hoping I can atleast be stacked like yourself without looking like the hulk.
My favorite forum of cardio is basketball because it is what i enjoy most, I used to do a lot of running but like you said i never was consistent because i hated it. But i like basketball so i'm thankful for that;) + i lost 18lbs in 4 months playing lots of basketball and often doing weight training (and of course a balanced diet that i enjoy)

By the way, i do my cardio running in place LoL
Favourite cardio: As someone who studies in the Netherlands, biking is the only type of transportation that matters for me. You don't realise how weak you are until you have to cycle against a killer wind every day.
hahah yes totally. I'd rather bike in the rain than against the wind.
Welcome in Nederland 😂
At least its flat!
@@jamzellojamzello3382 Not in the South of the Netherlands, Limburg, a lot up hill cycling
Try living in Copenhagen. There’s at least ten times more cycles than cars😆
That's deep bruh

Wow thank you so much for that message! Means a lot! Happy I can help impact your life in such a big way. Thank you for your support ❤️😊
Cardio is not my fave but chugging Bang Engery and running in my high heels is how I get my steps in. ILY 🤟 Will you’re the best ❤️
forget all the advice about cardio, eating, and training that Will gave (not that it's not good, it's great). that last minute of the video alone , the motivational/life coaching stuff, is worth gold.
Mine’s definitely HITT cardio. It’s similar to HIIT cardio but involves Military workouts. I love it because i’m in the marines and I love working out as a group
When the gym was open I would hit the elliptical, but lately I’ve been enjoying my walks.
I love this man. Like genuinely. His personality cracks me up
I was just going to say- does anyone else actually realize how funny this guy is sometimes XD
My favorite forms of cardio are: hiking mountains and hill sprints, love getting the feels of the outdoors, also hit a treadmill and stair master once in a while
Favorite form of cardio is running when i see Ollie due to the exposure of his power and destrucive actions
How many miles did you start
Ryan Kelly I’m not sure what you‘re asking. I ran one mile a day everyday so I guess I’ve done it 300 times. Hope this helps!
Hey, I'm about to embark on this journey. When did you do your cardio? I'm just confused about that? Thanks
I would not eat from 10 am to 4 pm and eat from
4pm to 12 am.
Thanks for sharing! I have recently started my weight loss streak from an almost similar weight. And this is also my first time in gym
What rest amounts do you do?
@@braydondowns457 probably 2 minutes. i don't like being in the gym too long so I try to workout fast
hey bro i was wondering after the 3rd week what do you do? do you keep dropping the reps and adding more weight? thanks
"So other than depression what's the first word that comes to mind when it comes to diets" resonated with me on a spiritual level
Favourite cardio is definitly running. Just because of the "runners high" and freedom that comes with it
I Like to pretend that I run from my problems. Weirdly enough, that actually helps
You're insane I hate running 😂

I have been watching his videos here and there, and honestly he's my new favorite fitness youtuber. All these fitness channels are so mad complicated to a discouraging point. I love his way of making things simple and fun to adapt to. This is the modern style of fitness which I absolutely love
Favourite cardio: I live in a Italy where there are a lot of vineyard, me and my dad like to spend the morning riding the bike up the hills. Last time we did 30km! Tiring but great view and satisfaction at the end!
Giada Maor hope you’re staying safe and in good health!

can not express how much i love this man, like he’s a genuinely nice guy that just wants us to succeed. he gave us a good ass workout routine/nutrition plan & everything. thank you bro, it means the world
My favorite form of cardio these days is walking. I go almost everywhere on foot and reach between 15000 to 21 000 steps a day. And also makes you more calm and relaxed :)
Btw great work Will!
Favorite Cardio: start out by jogging then eventually just walking until I hit 10,000 steps
My favourite cardio: Watching Will's Mt Everest and 100k steps challenges while sitting on the couch.
My favorite cardio is having severe anxiety in any situation, also chasing dogs for their love.

Favorite Cardio, running away from my problems 7x a week
Favorite Cardio: my elevated heart rate during the final zone in warzone and walking from room to room in quarantine

Favourite Cardio: Heavy Bag, Boxing/Muay Thai, Really intense and I love it. Love your Channel, came here from Coach Greg.
Favorite Cardio: Bicycle for sure. Trying to preserve the ol' joints
I find it really enjoyable going on a “run” that has intervals of sprints and walking through a hill terrain!:)
Most humble fitness UA-camr I come across. Love the channel so much
I love this guy.
Top quality content, funny without trying too hard and most importantly, you don't bullshit us 👌🏼
Will has really been blessing us with these videos during quarantine
just going back to watch his old videos and seeing ollie at the beginning.. gets me everytime
I’m a fan of running, or jump roping those are kind of my go 2’s ✅
after watching the video of you talking about the tragic loss of Ollie, every time i see one of these older videos with him in it, makes me sad. but then i see how happy and awesome you were with him in the videos and i am happy that you not only have your memories of him, but those memories are now forever on the youtube.
Hoar Alonso will try it thanks
Hoar Alonso I agree 👌

Lmao
Boxing and jump roping and basketball and soccer

I just want to thank you for this video. I split up with my wife two and a half months ago I slipped into depression and didn't eat etc for about 3 weeks. I started watching your videos having come across them through Greg Doucette. After watching this one I decided to follow your weights routine and throw some circuits in as cardio. Just over a month later and Mlmuscle memory is doing its thingand then some, I've brought new smart clothes and in such a better place mentally so again thanks. This upload has been so much more than a UA-cam video to me.
Favourite cardio: Bobsledding. Started this winter and boy is it a blast.
Programs at:
DAY 1 AND DAY 2
14:22 - Chest / Back / Biceps 1
15:46 - Shoulders / Legs / Triceps 1
DAY 3 AND DAY 4
16:47 - Chest / Back / Biceps 2
17:34 - Shoulders / Legs / Triceps 2
(the exercises are also on the description)
Each week you add from 2.5 to 5lbs to your exercises while reducing the number of reps.
After three weeks, you restart from the higher rep count.
Example:
Week 1: 12 reps @ 10lb
Week 2: 10 reps @ 12lb
Week 3: 08 reps @ 15lb
RESTART AND KEEP YOUR WEIGHT
Week 1: 12 reps @ 15lb
Week 2: 10 reps @ 17lb
Week 3: 08 reps @ 20lb
RESTART AGAIN, CONTINUE...
does he add weight each week or block
e.g.:
- Week 1: You start with 10lbs
- Week 2: Increase to 12lbs
- Week 3: Increase to 14lbs
- Week 4 (1 again): Start with 14lbs
- Week 5 (2 again): Increase to 16lbs
And so on, so forth
This is gonna be kinda difficult for me cause i dont think my gym has 2 pound weights ):
@@SaintMichael99 I'm not an expert but you could use heavier weights and compensate by doing less reps so you don't get tired too quickly and still progress.
@@Buddles Update: Bought some 1.25 lb plates from amazon so my progress is consistent with the program :)
Retired bodybuilder here. I must say, the work out plan makes a lot of sense. I like the combination and the distribution. The best part, if it’s done right each workout won’t take more Than 60”/90”.
The only thing that o personally would change is that I would make all the same muscle exercises at once (1st all the chest exercises, then all the back ones, etc.)
Overall, great plan and even more great channel my dude.
If I am not mistaken, this is a strength and hypertrophy program right?
Example:
Week 1: bench press x4 sets
Set 1: 14 reps 55kg
Set 2: 12 reps 60kgs
Set 3: 10 reps 64kgs
Set 4: 8 reps 70kg
On the next week you can add weigh OR ad repetitions. I would add weight on the first to sets and reps on the last ones (you are going to be more tiered).
The general idea is to train harder than the last time you trained. BUT do not loose focus on the execution of the exercise. Clean technique gives more results Thant weight. Unless that you want to be a power lifter.
And most important: enjoy the ride!
it’s crazy how much this channel has taught me...
Favorite form of cardio is easily walking to Will’s house as he walks to Starbucks so I can begin playing with Ollie.
Favorite cardio: running away from my problems.
what a coincidence ! me too!
Favorite cardio of ALL time has to be swimming, there’s so many ways of it and it just feels so much better on your joints. plus I rather drip then drown
I made my own program but still appreciate it. I used your program from another video to get started. Forever grateful man.
(I’m at 225)
But really all it takes is you wanting it and doing it.
Imagine seeing Ollie and then pressing dislike. How much of a monster should you be.

Giving a little yank on the chain is my favorite form of cardio
John Doe agreed.
My favorite forum of cardio is basketball because it is what i enjoy most,
I used to do a lot of running but like you said i never was consistent
