Thank you for the comments. It was designed buy Peugeot, the frame was made by Akisu . Badged as Peugeot. During the 80s there were a few models out there. The UK had a factory race team at the time. There is a group on Facebook about it.
@@whitewellybmxrestorationsI used that thing as well, but I finally swapped it with an American bottom bracket, which you can find in the UK at Alans BMX shop for €40.95. You can also order it in Australia, but it's not the best option due to the shipping costs.
The black on chrome looks so good! Great video as always!
The nice simple colourway suits this build. Thank you for the comments and the support.
Awesome build! I really like that you used a conversion kit so you could run a sealed bottom bracket
Thank you so much for the comment. It's a nice clean setup and easy maintenance. I've to find another conversation for a future build.
Awesome job 👏 👍
Thank you. Much appreciated
Wow, nice resto. I have the same bike, owned from new. Beautiful!
Thank you so much for the comment. Not many people can say they have a bike from new.

Was this bike made by Peugeot, or is it just a name?

Thank you
Very good, but this bottom bracket is not the best choice here
Thank you for watching. Yeah here in the uk the options are limited on what we can use. If I find A better one i will swap it out.

Ishnt worthy to restore or to buy a vintage bmx.asking prices of a big car😂..
There are still some out there cheap enough but you have to put the work in to get good results.
