Some great partridge references and yet again... you fell into accidental partridge territory with the university chat! 'They've rebadged it you fool!...'
Liked the vlog Andy! A good weeks training. I did the Yorkshire marathon last Sunday got a pb of 3.35 but next one I do I need to do the training! I’ll keep watching how you do!
I love your vlogs and I appreciate the laptimes most! but it hurts me a little bit if you say that a 38" 200 metres equates to a 3;20"/km. there are 5 200's in a kilometer, so 38 x 5 = 3:10"/km!
Cheers Mark. Yes I worked as an actor for 10 years intermittently, but found photography suited me better as a career and made the jump at 30. It's such a fickle industry, kudos to anyone that can make a career of it.
The intro is so good, doesn’t get enough credit
Thank you so much 👊🏻
Brokenhurst is a beautiful place to be, great trails, the wild horses. Been there a few times. Some of the places you ran brought back memories.

I am not driving a mini metro
Andrew with silky smooth hair back in the days 😎
You know it 😉
Outstanding consistency again. Nice to see my home town make an appearance ❤
Nice one J! Had some good times down by the sea in a previous life 😂

Well done Mark, York is a great course isn't it. Well done mate 👏🏻
Small world Andy! Live just round the corner from the uni and grew up in Bournemouth!
Gods country 🙏🏻 🙌🏻 loved my 3 years down there and always enjoy going back when I can!
Go Andy go. Brilliant pal
Cheers John ❤️
Great video as always Andy - brilliant running. When are we gonna talk about that cap buddy?

Nice Videos keep it up
Thank you!
I had no idea you studied acting. Did you try to find a career in that area afterwards? Solid training as ever mate 👌 💪

Your max speed has gone way up.
It's going the right direction for sure!
The big question (after just listening to one of your summer pods)- do you think you could take on Snoop Dogg over 200m?
I could do him 100%
Andy, you might be disappointed to hear this but there are no hills in Valencia haha
Whaaaat? I want a refund.
