Hi, please make sure you have the Node Wrangler addon checkt. It is under edit, preferences, add-ons. If you enable this built in add on it should work.
Sorry to say that but it is not good tutorial. It doesn't teach you anything more you can learn by yourself. Eg. when you deleted and separated glass, the frame of the glass left - unnecasary verticies. Emissive shader is too simple, doesn't look good. Emissive shader in fact emits light, you just didn't put enough strenght, adding another lights you made it heavier for PC. Why did you separate the lamp glass and bulbs also. One model can have a lot of materials, and different parts can have different UVs - what is unnecessary as your glass and bulb shaders are so simple they don't need any UV or can be every UV. If the lamp+glass+bulb was one model array would multiply it in one step not three. You didn't show us that every time you did array you had to copy array settings from the first array - total waste of time. Also you cannot just scale things like trash bin, bench etc. it has its own scale and has to stay that. The scene has to have real scale so you can add more models and don't try to scale it to fit. It is clearly not a tutorial for beginers it's a 'beginner made tutorial'. Try to learn some more before you try to teach others.

If you create a free epic games account and login to quixel-megascans, everything on there should be completely free.
