My Menopause: a film by Suffolk Libraries and Ace Anglia

Menopause & Me, a project delivered by Suffolk Libraries, and Ace Anglia have worked in co-production to create a short film which provides an in-depth look at common signs and symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause.
This accessible and informative video helps people understand these symptoms, such as hot flushes, trouble remembering things and night sweats. It includes people with lived experience of having a learning disability and autistic people’s menopause stories. The film also covers the importance of seeking help and advice when experiencing symptoms, as well as how to recognise the signs and symptoms.
