Somebody is all “gakked” out and playing.
Epic
Sounds like what the Doors would have eventually been...
Rest in peace Mark. Things won't be the same without you. I'm definitely kinda curious what might have been the cause of the "brownish tinge" that's noticeable on his thumb held alongside the microphone in the thumbnail. Could have been from chain smoking cigarettes but I have a sneaking suspicion that it was from some other "substance".
Smoking cigarettes without filter, he did it for more than 20 years
Who are the drummer and lap steel players here? I recognize the others.
Brendon McNichol on lap steel / guitar and Gene Trautmann on drums
@@qotsa-live thank you...I was pretty sure that wasn't Troy. I'm not familiar with this line up.
i see Will Ferrell i click...
0:40 It almost feels like Mark is trolling with that lyric
He could have chosen the lyric "back" to rhyme with "track" and it would have fit as well, but he chose "neck" instead. For some reason I find that funny, idk.
Anyway, this version is also pretty interesting, I prefer the original I suppose but I do prefer Lanegan as the only lead singer. Also that crowd sucks.
Well, this is a song Layne Staley should have sung!
RIP Mark
Rest in peace, Mark !
check out Mark in his day doing "bed of roses" RIP you legend !
was this an alternate version cause the lyrics are way different?
Correct! The first live versions sound like this and they changed the vibe and lyrics after a few gigs.
Good video
Still rocks, this is a national culture historic music masterpiece
🤘🔥
RIP Mark. But he kinda looks like will ferrell here 🤣🤣
