I used to always look forward to Saturday mornings as a kid/teen. First wake up to Saturday morning cartoons and then Soul Train at 12pm. I still have some episodes recorded on tape.
I wonder why they stopped, it was a great way to promote new artist and older artists that have new music. I can see John legend, ne yo, chris brown, and etc being on the show.
I was just thinking the same thing. The dude with two long ponytails used have those crazy ass contacts in his eyes😂😂 The light skinned girl with the gray windbreaker pants used to always be on their with the light skinned dude wit the dreads @ 2:16. They look like they could be brother and sister. Those were the good ole days
I remember watching the whole season from '70s, 80s, 90s, and early '00s I miss watching on Saturdays even coming home from work just to watch it. bitter sweet but life goes on
I missed this soul train from my childhood in the 90's and 2000's where I would dance to all of the best old school songs from the 90's 2000's and 2003. Brings me back memories looking back at some of the old Soul train previously recorded on VHS tape, or uploaded.
I missed the soul train show in those days back when it was awesome to dance to music like this, and watch the ladies work it before twerking was invented I was about 10 or 11 years old watching soul train when it was in the 2000's, 2001, and 2005 days. I'm surprised that's the same song from the PJ's show sure does bring me back memories I like Raphael Saadiq's songs. 👌
If you've ever danced on soul train you are a star !!!
Not me
