    Military presses, farmer walks, rows, deadlifts and even power/hang cleans are also the way to go💪

    Kid doing HEAVY KB deads is gonna be a problem for his enemies if he already isn't

    Hey Zach, fellow strength coach here.... In your opinion, specifically speaking about wrestlers here... Sumo deadlifts or Conventional? I lean more towards Sumo with athletes, and sometimes even trap bar, but wanted to hear your thoughts.

      Frontline Strength Yes, most of the time I use a sumo variation or a trap bar variation

      Frontline Strength I did wrestling for 4 years and I feel that sumo deadlifts helped a bit more, I preferred sumo

    Good stuff! You got some beast in there working with ya. I got my daughter starting wrestling. She's going into high school. Any beginner tips or should I just take some stuff you got on this video and run with it?

      Chad, find a great local wrestling club for her. Basics on calisthenics and carries and sleds!

      Haider Khan look up Jordan Boroughs, he is a BEAST on the mat! He does tutorial videos, just find someone and somewhere to practice moves

    What do you think of Mark Rippertoe's starting strength in relation to its possible usefulness for wrestling?

      Basic strength is always great for wrestlers but there is much more to be added beyond the basic barbell lifts.

    Hey, I do greco-roman wrestling for 3 years right now. My trainer said I lack speed and flexibility in my last competition(Which was 3 days ago). Got any tips on how to fix that problem?

      Lots of Jumps, hill sprints, jump rope and various med ball throws

    Any reason they're doing sumo deadlifts? I do conventional, sumo and hex bar, I just switch it up on occasion. I'm curious as to why they were doing sumo tho

      These videos are just a snap shot of what we do, my man, there are almost 4,000 videos on my page and each video shows a little bit from each session. The answer is "it depends". Could be time of year, strength of athlete, etc

      Poisonous Flea yes mainly in starter position and the boys underestimate me and won't give it their all when practicing so when I'm on the mat it is a different experi
