    - To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan to loosen it from the mold. Place a serving plate upside down over the mold and carefully flip it over to release the flan onto the plate.
    Ingredients
    * 4 Large Eggs
    * 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
    * 6 tbsp Sugar for caramelizing
    * 2 cups Milk - (1 cup = 250ml)
    * 1 tsp Vanilla essence
    * Pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
