    Thanks for posting this. Which studies are you referencing that show 100mW/cm^2 as the irradiance to be used for PBM? Can you provide a citation?

      This is based on reversing the "dosage" (J/cm2) from studies, which vary across benefits. Skin benefits, for example, can be seen with ~9 J/cm2 (1), whereas sleep improvement is achieved with 30 J/cm2 (2).

      Some benefits go as high as 60+ J/cm2, too.
      If we work back from 100 mW/cm2 light intensity, this means 6 J/cm2 per minute. This gives the versatility to do lower and higher dose benefits within a 2-10 minute range.
