- Throughout 30 days I was walking an average of 20'000 steps a day. At first I didn't knew, what a positive Impact Walking had not only on my weightloss journey but even more what mental benefits I had.
I'm talking about my personal experiences here and hope to hear from you how many steps your making throughout your days?
What's your current step goal? 👇share with us!
honestly just 10 minutes
My step goal 22‘000😊
@@preimmerr732what do you mean only 10 minutes?
@@user-mb5wh2ec8lwowww, that‘s a goal ✨ 🙌
@@kopz 10 minutes of walking
The production quality on these videos is amazing. How come you have only 1.5k subs???
Thank you sooo much for this comment. I‘m putting a lot of effort into my videos. Maybe one day it will pay out, but without the support of you guys, it wouldn‘t be possible. Thank you🙏😊
I've just started doing 20k... great videos... keep going... UA-cam finds you and starts pushing your older videos... that's what I'm finding!
That‘s awesome mate, keep going. Thank you for your support. I‘m just going to keep trying and trying😊👍🏾
short simple direct so thank you.
Your very welcome, trying my best to keep them short and informative
very good video . Please add more information on , GYM ex, BMI, FOOD intake and how much water intake to lean Muscles along with 20k steps. I like real Math in video
Thank you very much Rishi, greatly appreciated your feedback. I will try to add these next time in my video especially when I'm calculating stuff...
I walk in the morning with my dog. I walk around the corridors of my workplace, which is four city blocks long, and I walk before coming home and I walk after dinner. On a very good day I can hit 14.000. On an average day maybe 10-12 thousand. And some days I struggle to get 10K.
How you can ever get 20k in a day for 30 days is beyond me.
Did you install a walking machine at your office desk?
Are you mail carrier ? A sleep walker? How? How? How?
It was during my semester abroad and I had more time.
That's why I was literally walking about 3 hours per day. I was walking fast paced 50 minutes to Uni and back. Spent a lot of my evenings walking around the city to explore. I never took any buses. That was my formula.
Going to try 30k for a week. That's going to be interesting to see. Props to you for being so active and doing so many steps. :)
@@kopz thanks for the response and providing those details. I walked in the pouring rain last night to make my 10K, and its videos like yours which help inspire. thank you
i live llike 2 minutes away from that park
Nice, I was only there for about 3 months. Apart from the rainy weather it was pretty awesome :)
I like your drive👌🏼 I would suggest you listen into Andrew Hubermans podcast. He offers tons of applicable tools and protocols (alongside knowledge) free of charge. If you haven’t already, learn about circadian rhythm and timing, especially at sunrise, noon and at sunset. Your light environment dictates most all of your physiological/metabolic pathways. A good or bad light environment in an otherwise healthy individual can make a night and day difference, even regarding body composition ;)
Thank you very much😊. I actually started to take note from Andrew Hubermann and slowly starting to implement a few things into my life as well. Thank you very much for the detailed explanation, learned something new today😊👍🏾.
Good video , keep
Up the work
Thank you very much Raheem, trying my best😊
I am doing at an average of 15k steps a day for the past two years😊
ohhhh woowww, that's amazing, keep going. Back when I was younger I did that for quite some time as well. Felt pretty nice :)
