This video reminds me of a comment I made in another video about technology. Almost everything humans do is "un-natural" to some degree. Even the most basic things like making buildings and houses to live in, or to grow food on farms and control livestock. Never mind the more sophisticated technology we've developed for energy, transportation, and communication. There seems to be nothing to tell us what's the right way to do things, except for our experiences at trying things out. And different circumstances can provide different results, so even our experiences aren't 100% effective at guiding us. At the beginning of the automotive industry, for example, you had steam-powered and electric cars as well as gasoline powered cars. Gasoline won out, but now we see, I hope, that gasoline isn't always the best solution--it just depends on the circumstances or context of what we need.

But don’t forget the eternal importance of intuition. See Henri Bergson on analysis vs. intuition.

Human intuition is on aggregate extremely poor. The majority isn't obese due to going "against" their "intuition."

Never trust a man who dies their hair and does cosmetic procedures to look younger. They're trying to fool you somehow. This heuristic has saved me from many creeps before.
I personally find it deeply disturbing that some people can't accept ageing as a fact of life and can't do it gracefully.
Part of what makes us eminently human is our limited lifespan.
I've seen 70 to 80 year olds who still ride dirt bikes like people half their age. Their secret? A reasonably healthy diet and lifting weights every day. No need to spend 2M a year for that.
