Agreed 100%. Everyone does Gateways and it’s annoying as hell. That song is incredibly overrated and from their worst album. This song is a true masterpiece and I love Spiritual Black Dimensions. It’s my favorite album cuz I think it represents what Dimmu was about the best.
This is a band I have heard of many times, just never really listen to before. (I actually thought for a while this was one of those wimpy eastern European sob singers). If this was typical, I've been missing out and need to dive in. Lots of (to me) unusual variations in composition, keeps you really interested. So interested I didn't pay any attention to the lyrics, (almost) a first for me. If the wrong clown wins the race today, this might be what I need to dissipate my disgust. great reaction, stay brutal.

The best song of DImmu Borgir in my opinion. Perfect Line up. Astennu is a goat on guitars and the voice of Vortex...amazing each time.

I wholeheartedly agree! Known this band since 97 (edt) and when this album came out, it was in my top 3 to this day!
