😂 not surprised as she saw Hannah and Tom making out at her bachelorette party. Afterwards, she pushed the idea that they were meant for each when she gave her the scrapbook.
I watched this movie one time and this was my favorite scene. Colin had all the rights that day. I never cared for the intended relationship between Hannah and Tom. The punch saved this movie.
Scenes like this are precisely the reason I hate romcoms. Good, innocent people getting stiffed, hurt, and embarrassed by evil (or, as they call it, "confused") mates. At least Colin got a small bit of revenge.
I enjoyed this movie as some mindless rom-com but this scene is especially annoying. Two sorry excuses of an adult who can't figure out what they want, end up hurting a good man, humiliating him and his family, wasting a bunch of money and resources and time of everyone involved. This isn't romantic. It's foolish and immature and toxic as hell.
The marriage was doomed from the start. It's obvious Hannah rushed into it without knowing anything about Colin, because she was dazzled by his whole prince on a horse saving her aura. She didn't know things like him playing bagpipes every night or not being comfortable with sharing his food. And when the pastor asked her to describe why she loved him for the vows, she couldn't say anything.
Don't really understand that ending. She said he was untrustworthy the night before when she thought he was sleeping around with Melissa. How does him saying i love you again change her mind about that? It would be more realistic if Melissa confessed to Hannah that she was to blame and put in a good word for Thomas.
I enjoyed watching this movie, maybe it's not fair for Colin, but love is complicated and I am so happy for Tom and Hannah❤️ If she got married, everybody would be unhappy, because Tom and Hannah love each other, but they couldn't to express their real feelings as they should, one of the best romantic comedies ever😍
I hope nobody does that to your wedding and no it's not "MAYBE it's not fair for Colin" its really UNFAIR and very disgusting. I wouldn't wish Tom and Hannah well in their marriage quite honestly.
For everyone in the comments saying this is the worst ending, in reality it's not. No one on this earth is that perfect, no one. All his family members kept hyping him up as if he was a god or something, like he could never do anything wrong. Yet when the waiters came into the room to serve dessert and he got a chocolate cheesecake, his soon to be wife wanted some, and reached over to take a bite. He immediately told her don't do that, then cut off a small piece and placed it on a plate for her. If people thought that was sweet of him, it wasn't. It showed he wasn't willing to share, sharing should be 50/50 and if you're truly in love with someone why on earth would it matter that she wanted a bite of his dessert. He should of offered her some from his fork, or cut it in half 50/50 and then they could of split both desserts. But no, it just showed to me that he wasn't going to share anything in their marriage and she would of been miserable. Also, marrying someone who's family talks so highly about them would be intimidating, you would go insane trying to be the best wife possible. They definitely weren't right for each other, I mean he didn't even understand her sense of humor.
So you decided that he is not willing to share more on the basis of not sharing a bigger piece of cheesecake, which he ordered for himself. People are saying this is the worst ending not because she left Colin for Tom, this is the worst ending because of how she left him. Colin may not be perfect, but he was way better than Hannah, who toyed with his feelings, cheated on him a day before his wedding by kissing Tom, and then later went to kiss him again during the wedding, humiliating him in front of everyone. Everyone has the right to be with the person they want, but Hannah decided to exercise her right in the most disgusting way. This looks good in movies, but in reality it's one of the worst things she could have done. Here, I am only considering emotional pain for Colin, haven't even considered the financial strain of having such a wedding.
To be fair, that was kind of inappropriate for her to do, maybe he just wanted her to ask before straight up taking his stuff plus it was a fancy first impression dinner, he’s royalty, they have to keep up manners and it’s not like he didn’t give her any, she got a bite like she wanted. It would be more rude if he didn’t say please or straight up said no but he still cared enough to give her some. In reality she didn’t respect boundaries the whole movie, hell she didn’t even ask Colin if it was okay to show off her wedding night lingerie to another man. Her and Tom are better for each other because they are both just awful people.
I miss this kind of movies, interrupting weddings at the last minute, big public displays of affection. People have become so boring. So what if it's wrong in real life? It's a movie, it's supposed to be entertaining, drama and fun. If I wanted reality I wouldn't be watching tv.
It’s tragic Colin got hurt. Hannah shouldn’t have agreed to marry him when she hardly knows him. Of course maid of honor had to face reality before confessing his feelings.
Dr. Hunt punching McDreamy is quite fantastic. Also, Hannah’s mom forgot where she was for a second 😂

Colin was unfortunately very innocent who got heartbroken at the alter.
It is better that it happened that way, then during the course of the marriage. It was better that way.

Yes!!!
Well said. Who wrote this drivel, and thought a positive reaction would be felt? Narcissism at it's finest. Bloody awful
Agreed. This scene....like many other wedding-vow crashing movies ...is how hollywood perceive everyone else
No Respect.
No Respect.
No respect .
THANK YOU!

You’ve got to be kidding me that hair !?
The punch was satisfying as hell. I was so disgusted I cursed at both Tom and Hannah the whole time 😅
As soon as Hannah's mom told her that her dad had always thought she would end up with Tom, it was pretty obvious how this movie was going to end.
