@C b The Agera RS and the One:1 make 1360hp from that V8, and they are well faster than anything Bugatti has ever made. Even back when the Veyron came out it was barely faster than the CCX despite being more powerful, because it was so much heavier.
Bugatti makes GT cars (albeit very fast ones), not all out harcore sports cars like Koenigsegg. The extra cylinders in a Bugatti aren't there for more power, they're there for a smoother, more refined driving experience. I mean Americans have been proving for 50 years that you don't need 16 cylinders to make an 8l engine, there's V8s bigger than that.
Sérgio Alves the Chiron has more horsepower than the agera RS and the one:1, it’s also the only road car to have ever actually gone 300 lmao

they usually measure top speed in both directions and average out the result, to account for wind etc, so the editors roasted themselves :^)

@@lRydeRdiel No. You can see the km/h in the dash which reads 458-562 which is accurate with the 284 mph on the electronic speedometer in the top-middle.

You do have a point there with Musk, considering that Tesla stans who are blinded by a car that, at a glance, drives ITSELF, don't actually realize the danger that comes with it. I mean, they even SLEEP BEHIND THE WHEEL. Even an ordinary joe knows that a car has to have people in control.
No matter how advanced automotive tech gets, people still need to supervise such tech, cuz a computer can't predict EVERYTHING on this damned earth.

Well it’s not out yet but for starters, it’s sold out and will have a revolutionary 7 clutch gearbox that’s lighter and smaller than a dual-clutch.
It's the successor of the Agera and hits a top speed of 480kmh

@@Denstoradiskmaskinen Koenigsegg used to borrow Ford V8s in their older models. Their newer models (Agera & Regera) still take inspiration from the Ford V8, although being built in-house.

The answer has been in front of us this whole time, just look at how the water glistens off beautiful bald heads, so smooth, so little resistance. We need less resistance in tires, so why don't we just make them out of the heads of bald people? With low resistance like that, I think we can conservatively hit speeds of 800 mph.

And people that own these cars don’t have time to build there own so they buy another mans masterpiece which it is. Hardly nobody builds 100% of there cars anyways at some point your gonna need help. Personally I have a Engine guy, a transmission guy, a tuner, and a welder fabricator and the rest I do myself. Although my cars are one of a kind I still would have to say that I had to pay to get them built although I did the final build but with others built parts.

The Agera, Regera and the new Jesko are wonderful designs. The headlight and taillight designs are great with the body.

I'm Swedish, and I love Flåklypa Grand Prix. It's a stop motion by a Norwegian animation studio, I think it's from the 70s. I didn't know that it was the film that inspired a young Christian von Koeningsegg, but it makes perfect sense!
I love Koenigsegg the body, the sound, and the performance, but my most favorite which wasn't in the video is the Koenigsegg CCGT.

Also, Koenigsegg first engine choice, was *ex-F1 Subaru Flat-12* (developed mainly by Moderni Motori).
" (...) We went and met with them and they were very open. They said they could modify their 3.5 litre flat-12 engine for us. Similar engines had been used in offshore boat racing with twin turbos on them, so we were confident enough in their durability. They put together a 3.8 litre flat-12 and they lowered the RPM from 12000 to 9000. They put different camshafts on it, they stroked it, put in longer intake tracts. It was set up to get 580hp at 9000rpm and I have the dyno tests from where we ran that engine. When we first designed the Koengisegg monocoque, it was designed for that engine and it was the first engine we put in there. The engine mount positions for that engine are still used in the Agera today."

Christian Koenigsegg is so ahead of every other exotic it's crazy. I'm not talking simply about performance numbers ala HP, TQ, top speed, quarter mile, etc.... Many of the greats can achieve great performance. Where Christian stands out above everyone else is his "technology". His gearboxes, transmissions, electric motors, and engines are so ahead of their time it's absolutely incredible. He's doing things no one has ever seen, much less thought about. He's an absolute GENIUS !!!! Go watch some of the videos on his technology and his patents. You'll be amazed !!!!
